Royal Icing Cookie decorating class. Paty was extremely knowledgeable and very enthusiastic teaching this class. She was very detail oriented and answered all our questions. She showed how to make the cookie dough, refrigeration and how to ensure our cookies remained flavorful during extended storage. She conducted a hands on demonstration of different techniques for outlining, filling and adding accents. See were able to see and get a feel of the various consistencies used for different decorating needs. We learned about flavoring and coloring. This was an educational and enjoyable experience. I thoroughly enjoyed this class and will be attending similar ones if available. I signed up for this class so I would be able to make and decorate cookies in small amounts for family gatherings.

Her instructions were clear, patient, and so easy to follow, which made the whole process fun instead of intimidating. You can tell she loves teaching and really cares that everyone understands each step.
I’ve always wanted to learn how to make beautiful sugar cookies myself, and this class gave me exactly the confidence and skills I was hoping for. From mixing the dough to decorating, everything was explained perfectly. I walked out feeling inspired and excited to start making my own at home.

I've ordered Paty's excellent sugar cookies, best I've ever had... and last week ordered a dozen custom strawberry cupcakes with swirled buttercrean frosting (fresh strawberries bits inside cupcakes with fresh strawberries on top) I've never had anything better in a cupcakes before and reasonably priced, ordered them for my granddaughter's birthday party and their are her favorite and now mine... can't wait for another occasion to reorder... thanks Paty your the best 💖 JoAnna N. 9/29/25
