Excellent service and food was delicious!

Let me start by saying this is a spot my husband, my mom and I come to twice a week and after yesterday I will not come back. I can understand when people have a bad day but this was ridiculous. From the moment we were ordering our drinks I could tell the waiter was passive aggressive but we blew it off because people have bad days. Well it just seemed to escalate from there. We asked if we could have the norm of things like salt pepper and sriracha and the waiter blew up from the register yelling that we needed to learn manners that he asked us and we didn’t ask the first time. And I mean screaming from the register to our table to my mom and my husband, I’m 5months pregnant and that made me feel so upset and unsafe (we weren’t the only customers). We had brought our family and friends and never experienced this so you can assume we will never be back. The food is delicious but no one goes to eat to be disrespected. I will strongly discourage anyone I know to go back and we always end up spending anywhere $60 to $110 dollars so why when we work so hard to give it to people like that.

Very cute spot however the food was extremely disappointing. I got the Bun Bo Hue, and it just tasted like pho broth that they made a little spicy. It was missing a lot of the Bun Bo Hue flavor profile in it, they also didn't have Sa te. The only thing good in my dish was the Vietnamese Sausage. My partner got the Vermicelli Bowl and there was 2 tiny pieces of meat cuts while the rest were cuts of just fat, the fish sauce didn't have enough flavor so it tasted very bland, the egg rolls also tasted like they were pulled out of the freezer. In conclusion we will not be going back.

I we are regulars but yesterday when we went to visit the two new hires with shaggy hair were behaving very strangely for employees.
They kept complaining about wanting a break even though the restaurant is empty and that it’s a lot of work but I work in a restaurant that’s consistently flowing so when I heard that I was like “what are you tired of?” If it were me I’d be making them detail the place and be busy.
Then these customers showed up and she sat down behind us and one of the employees crouched down to their table and said “are you ready to order or what?” We never had a problem but these two guys need to be more professional at their job.
Of course things also happens with machinery (they’re ice machine wasn’t working)
And after drinking my sodas the dude just got back from the Walgreens after complaining about having nothing to do and that he was tired with a bag of ice and the other guy shows up and asked us if we wanted ice now. No I don’t want ice in an empty cup 💀
Keep in mind when it’s a rush it’s mainly people in the back cooking that have a hard time, these guys just take orders, serve the food, and clean the area and take payment.
Food is amazing though!! 10/10

Really bad customer service. Been there before never had an issue. This time was overall bad. When I asked to speak to the manager the manager refused to come out. There was not a single soul on sight which i understand why now. The fact that a manager hides and won’t speak to a customer is something I’ve never seen.

The food is excellent! I love the fried wings and the #1. I've had allot of pho and this is my absolute favorite. With that being said, the customer service is appalling. I went in on 11/04/25 at about 7:15pm and they only had one server with about 6 tables. The server was super rude, he threw the menu's down and took like 30 minutes to take our drink order. When I requested something for our food like soy sauce or limes, he wouldn't acknowledge me, he would just walk away and take 10 minutes to fulfill my request. Even though the food is very tasty, I don't know if I'll be coming back.... the service was too awful. It feels like they know the service is awful but they still get business because the food is so good. I think customer service is extremely important, because why would I want to give my money to people who treat me like trash? 🤔

Pho Le Lai in Mission, Texas, is a fantastic spot for authentic Vietnamese food! I stopped by for lunch and ordered the BBQ Pork rice dish, and it was absolutely delicious. The pork was perfectly grilled with a slightly sweet and savory flavor, tender on the inside with just the right amount of char on the outside. It came with a generous portion of fluffy steamed rice, fresh vegetables, and a side of fish sauce that tied everything together beautifully.
The presentation was clean and appetizing, and the flavors tasted fresh. The portion size was more than enough to fill me up, and the price was very reasonable for the quality.

We've eaten pho at many different restaurants all over the country, and this is really good pho. Not a fancy place, but the food is really good with large servings. We usually eat in, but a lot of people come in a grab food for take out.

Was tasty, but not worth the price sadly. We didn't even order two full plates and were charged about $15 per person. Service was attentive at least. Rice was hard.

Worst restaurant I have been to, there was a cockroach 🪳 on the wall first, and then we found another one in the veggies 🤮. Only response I got from them was that they were sorry.
Amazing service and delicious pho.
Great food and excellent service.
Beef english ribs with rice was great.
