I went ther around 10:30 I order my pizza they don't make it how I want I order a stick's.. ok but bring me t cheese sticks .. I ask for this sticks but the waiter didn't ask if sweet or cheese so he said if u order u need pay ok I said .. plus he never go t see what we need drinks or something. and I got get my own drink my self in front…. So very bad service… I went at 10:30 I ordered a pizza well extra cooked the bread was not made well ok I ate it I ordered I asked for the cheese sticks he brought me cheese I wanted cinnamon I asked he said you have to pay for them. When he didn't even ask me to order them and he never stopped at the table I went to get my drink in front very bad service Manuel only because I'm Mexican thhlooo they too

I love the manager Angel, because he canceled my order at the last minute. I asked him for his full name and he said I was weird for asking that ….When I have you heard a salary employee not giving his last name and especially in a fast food restaurant ……. Then I ask for the area manager’s name and he said I don’t know who he is really!!! Pizza Hut ! that’s who you have as manager and take care of your customers business… no wonder you guys are going out of business……….

I placed an online order they had any med or large for 12 I didn’t notice I hadn’t changed it to large and called to change it. It was the same price nothing to big a deal just making the med a large for the same price and manager didn’t want to change it cause it was online!!!

Ok let’s see where to begin. It all started with the very first order of pizza , wings ,and dessertWent to pick up these items from this Pizza Hut got home to a old cold pizza not sure how when I only live 15 minutes away the wings tasted that of old chicken and the brownie was over cooked so I responded to the email they send asking how the food was and I told them so they decided to comp the items which I told him that boys what I wanted that I wanted for them to look into serving their customers with better food. So they said I could pick up the order again any time so I did a week later this is the 2nd time and low and be hold the pizza was junk the wings and the dessert were awesome so once again they asked about it and told them how it was the manger himself called me and told me to go that same day at 545 to pick it up and he would personally make it himself for me so after along day of work and going out of my way to go get this pizza they promised me I show up at 535 to let them know I was there to pick up a pizza under my name that the manger said would be ready at 545 told him I know it’s probably not ready but I’ll be waiting curbside for it this rude person said he didn’t know what I was taking about and that their is no order for me or anything pending for me so I said ok thanks I’ll just email RICO FLORES that I had spoke with and let them know what was going on and I’m on my way back home and Pizza Hut calls me I don’t answer cause I’m irritated at this point of wasting my time and gas to go for something that wasn’t even noted or brought to anyone’s attention so this rude person decides to leave a voice mail that my pizza will be ready shortly yeah after the fact that I emailed RICO FLORES and told him how u treated me and lied to me all of a sudden you found my order heck no I’m not going back to pick up a pizza that they knew should’ve been ready and there was no intention of providing me with one they never should’ve lied to me about it I also have the voice mail of the manger telling me they would make me one and another voice mail saying they were sorry that all of a sudden my order popped up out the blue sky. Avoid going to this Pizza Hut at all costs unless u want rudeness and mediocre pizza cooked by a bunch of young kids not knowing how to treat a customer

Short of making it myself, this was the best pizza I've had in a long time. Pepperoni and double mushroom stuffed crust. I ordered for pick up, on my way home, it was ready, hot and better than expected. Plenty of Pepperoni, and wow on the mushrooms. They were fresh and very tasty. I will be back! I didn't even look at the seating area, only a 4 for the atmosphere, but the service was great.
