To be honest pizza hut use to be on top of my list I'm disappointed at this establishment due too iditory as cashier on the looks of all the employees don't wash there hands and there all on earphones, I'm old school deeply feel that's managment can do better in hiring people who talk loudly and clear, i ask for pasta wings and meat lovers pizza and this man misunderstood my order i fell like my experiance could of been better if he didn't have his earphone abs gave more attention to customers my ice melted in my cup do to waiting for refill this job shouldn't be hard..

Although the app said “Delivered” I never received anything. After calling customer service, they told me to wait 15 mins to ensure it wasn’t a delay. I waited 20 and called back. They then transferred me to the store and the call was never answered and eventually disconnected. I had to drive 40 mins later at 11:15 pm to the store to talk to someone. Not happy at all. I was not going to give this location more of my wasted time waiting for them to figure this out. I paid for pizza, service fee and tip to eventually go myself.

The taste and quality of Pizza Hut really seems to have gone downhill over the last several years. We decided to have Personal Pan Pizza meals since we have not been satisfied lately with pan pizzas at other Pizza Huts. We went in talking about the joy of visiting Pizza Hut in the 80s and the taste of our Personal Pan Pizzas back then. The restaurant was near empty, but the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. It felt like being back in an old Pizza Hut, but the pizza was lacking at best. The cheese was gooey and made the pizza crust soggy, just like the full-size pizzas. The cheese did not get bubbly like it used to. Our pizzas looked sad. It was not the staff's fault at all, it was the ingredients used. As many friends have mentioned on social media, Pizza Hut is not what it used to be, when it was the pizza place of choice.

well, first of all they didn’t let us dine in saying that they were closing mind you not it was only around 10? has this happened to anyone else or is it just when i go???!!!! ummm guy at the register rude!!! telling us the guy closed the dinning because they are cleaning!!! hello your doors don’t close until 12 am what is going on with pizza hut??? worst ever!!! managers need to hire better more courteous employees!!!!

Bad experience...I ordered on the app...a pizza for 11.99 and wings...but I had an error...on the wings...I called to make the change from traditional wings...they changed the price of the pizza from 11.99 to $22 on a bill that was $22, the total I came paying $34...I called to ask why they did that and they say that by making changes they don't go over the deal prices...but at least the person tells you...they don't tell you nothing...they drop it on you...they go too far...they are no longer my favorite pizza...

As soon as i get down my order is given to me right away. How hard was it to GO TO THE CURBSIDE SPOT when a car is clearly parked there for more than 20 minutes?? Right in front of the counter! Not to mention this isn’t the first time i’ve had bad experience here but enough is enough this is ridiculous. SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO TO THE ONE ON DOVE! Never had a bad experience there. I call to leave a review as i’m leaving and all of a sudden the location i ordered from answers. If you’re gonna have an option to click contactless curbside then DO THAT.
