The worst of the worst is this place, the place is practically empty and they can't provide good customer service. There are only 3 tables with people and they go around crazy doing everything wrong.

Bad experience...I ordered on the app...a pizza for 11.99 and wings...but I had an error...on the wings...I called to make the change from traditional wings...they changed the price of the pizza from 11.99 to $22 on a bill that was $22, the total I came paying $34...I called to ask why they did that and they say that by making changes they don't go over the deal prices...but at least the person tells you...they don't tell you nothing...they drop it on you...they go too far...they are no longer my favorite pizza...

service is terrible, waited 20 minutes for my CURBSIDE order (specifically pressed curbside button) just to wait in the curbside spot for 20+ MINUTES. I called 3 times and NOTHING. I finally get ahold of someone on the line saying are you sure it’s curbside? it says carryout that’s why. i again repeat i PRESSED THE CURBSIDE OPTION just to be told “No, it’s carryout. You’re gonna have to get down” I then explain i specifically chose curbside because i WASNT dressed to get down. The woman on the phone just says “Well you need to get down it’s carryout.” The instructions literally say my car information like i was asked for… why ask for that if it’s carryout?? As soon as i get down my order is given to me right away. How hard was it to GO TO THE CURBSIDE SPOT when a car is clearly parked there for more than 20 minutes?? Right in front of the counter! Not to mention this isn’t the first time i’ve had bad experience here but enough is enough this is ridiculous. SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO TO THE ONE ON DOVE! Never had a bad experience there. I call to leave a review as i’m leaving and all of a sudden the location i ordered from answers. If you’re gonna have an option to click contactless curbside then DO THAT.

Came to dine to have family time & we enjoyed it so much service was excellent & store was very clean staff was super welcoming too, will be back! ?
I waiting at the register for hopefully the two employees with black pizza hut t shirts to attend me,and nothing. I was getting her attention by raising my voice in a respectful manner,and she ignored me.i could see the lady laughing while she was cutting the pizza. Some other employee had to help me out. #attention corporate office on 23rd street!!!!

We decided to have dinner at this location on Friday night after the football game and as we walked in the restaurant there was this young man standing on the counter and instead of greeting us he ask how many are you’ll I said 5 he replied we have all the tables are dirty we had a busy night.. the lady working with him looked at him very embarrassed and said I’m sorry sir go head an find a table.. There was only one family having dinner at the time and I told the kid instead of you standing there, why don’t you go and clean them? another family was walking in the building as we were walking out and Heard the whole conversation and they left too.. that was just the worst horrible experience I had ever encountered….

Sat ourselves and had to pull two tables together by ourselves. No sling offered for a baby on a carrier.
Waited a while before we had our order taken. Two pizzas and cheesy sticks.
Pizzas came out with no cheesy sticks. We’re told they would be right out. Server never came by for refills. Walked up to get one about halfway through the pizzas. Asked about the cheesy sticks. Were told they were coming right out.
Finished the pizzas still with no sign of a server. Walked up to get a ticket and pay. Had to get them to take the cheesy sticks off the bill.
Receipt was reprinted, so no survey code to express how bad the experience was. Will not be returning.
