I ordered take out and arrived within the estimated time my food would be ready. My order was not ready and was told to wait. I heard and saw that my order was ready ten minutes later and the employee at the register decided to attend other customers that came after me and even hand out there orders before mine (which was already ready). By the time I received my order, it was cold. Bland customer service and no sense of urgency whatsoever.

The lady working today was so rude and unacommidating , we got there starving and decided to dine in instead of takeout ...she didn't let us get our food , even after I told her I would pay the difference.. thanks lady for ruing our Saturday

Worst location, Workers are lazy and disrespectful. My family was denied anything that wasn’t pizza because the staff said they ran out and wanted to close early. No breadsticks, appetizers. Couldn’t get refills because the fountain machine was shut off for the night, and they even denied me for a glass of water. The order was placed at 9:52 and we were getting kicked out by 10:20 and their location closes at 11:00. Our server Aura did not help at all and was rushed to close earlier.

Pizza freshness varies I like to order custom so I can get a warm soft pizza instead of a cold hard one the place for dine in is great tho.
Went for my lunch break placed an order to go for the $6.99 special and even left a tip to the lady in the front. 40+ minutes later had to cancel order because I was going to be late for work. When canceling my order the manager came out and said my food has been ready. Didn’t ask what he meant by “had been” and also didn’t get my tip back but whatever, tip for bad service. I love the Pizza Hut in McAllen and Alamo but this location was ridiculously terrible. Definitely not recommending this location to my friends, workers, and family.

This location Pizza Hut at 8:30pm is the best time to come for the best Pizza Hut experience!! When we walked in and were seated, we were immediately greeted by our friendly and attentive hostess’s Malena C. We got our large pizza, two order of wings, pasta, and breadsticks within 10 minutes. Alex and Tony the chefs delivered quick, delicious, and fresh quality food, awesome job ????!!! Malena made sure we were taken care of and that our glasses were always filled!!! Overall this was the best Pizza Hut experience thanks to these three individuals!!! 5 ⭐️’s we will be returning during this time when we know the best staff will provide the best services!!
