Bad service I went for a chicken and they gave it to me incomplete, I don't recommend them

We were a little bit skeptical about visiting this place after reading the reviews but we still gave it a try and the food was good. Chicken was well seasoned, fajita was super soft not chewy at all. We ended up getting a free half chicken, different flavor on the fideo soup but good. Would go back to this place.

We went today and waited for about 20 minutes to order and another 45 minutes for my food. Turns out that the owner of this bad restaurant thinks she's so educated that she has and old menu that is not giving you what you order. Plainly I don't understand how they are still in business. I will not go to this place again and seriously thinking of getting reimbursed for my money and the food was burn and ugly threw away

I went for the first time and I didn't buy anything. The cashier was charging me 5 dollars more, which according to her was from taxes and when I told her what it was from taxes, she came up with another charge and told me that if I didn't like it, I should go somewhere else. They charge taxes and if I wanted they would give me the money back, it is sad that the workers do not take care of the client and the business that provides them with sustenance for the family.

The chicken is too dry it's like it was chicken from another day and you just heat it up too dry I talked to talk to them right now we talked to you and they hung up on me the order doesn't come out in 25 minutes as they say it's too expensive for such ugly food I do not recommend it at

I ordered a la carte 1 chicken, 1 pound of beef, 1 pound of sausage, and an order of jalapeno poppers. I didn't order sides or omelettes, but they gave me some for free and also offered me 2 ribs and a soup to try while I waited for my order. The place is accessible but they do not have DT and parking is somewhat narrow and shared. The quantity is acceptable for the price ($70). The texture and flavor of the chicken and ribs are good. The meat is not fajita (skirt) and it is a little expensive for a top sirloin. The presentation and service is good, the food was in good condition and warm, plenty of sauces, tortillas, utensils, and napkins were included. The service took 20 minutes and I do it right away. The staff was quite efficient and met all requests. The ribs were a pleasant surprise, and if you're a fan of pork, you should try them on your next visit.Overall the quality of the food was good and the service was friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for an a la carte chicken or rib meal.

The family pack is enough for 2 persons only... The family pack that costs $51 is sufficient for 2 people only...

They took a long time to deliver my order from the order 20 min of prep. (I understand) + 10 min to collect + 20 min to take the order = 50 min. Besides, the chicken was very small and over roasted, dry.

Super delicious chicken and meat, for the$13 combo—you get chicken/beef/sausage/rice and potato plus charros and noodles!!!! What a delight indeed! The food is made natural. Very delicious!Parking: You have to order like 15-20 before you go to pick up.

Absolutely starving and yes I wanted to try something different. I hate to say it, I was really rooting for this place to be good.Compared to other places similar to this style. This place is overpriced, The ribs and Carne were just bland and an extreme disappointment. They cut one red hotdog sized sausage and call it "two".And when I say I was hungry I'm talking with just over 14hours of not eating. So yes I was hungry, yet still could not find myself to enjoy bland food. The frijoles have a heavy tomato ? smell and taste. My daughter loves beans but couldn't manage to eat these. The Complimentary sides rice tastes like Maruchan sopa de pollo. As for the potatoes it looked like mashed potato but when I bit into it. It had a slight chunky texture of potato salad. I honestly can't tell...Despite this there is always room to improvement, $38 for this plate with two quesadillas de maiz is not a purchase I plan to make again.Inflation is a kick in the behind but it does not cover flavor.
