I’ve been coming to Roachas for years, and honestly, it’s one of my go-to spots. I’m here at least once or twice a week because the prices are hard to beat compared to anywhere else, especially for the quality you get. Every now and then they might mix up an order, usually something small like the taco type, but it’s rare and nothing major. About 9 out of 10 visits, everything is spot on. The food is consistently good, the portions are solid, and the value is unbeatable. The service is another big plus. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Even when they’re busy, they keep things moving. They have a drive-thru for quick service that moves surprisingly fast on busy days, plus a dine-in line if you want to eat there. Overall, it’s a great place with great food, great prices, and great people. Highly recommend Roachas. easily a 5-star spot.

Cheap tacos and okay service... But it's dreary and plain in the dining area. Boring no decorations... Like a cafeteria, eat n leave. Choose to take out instead.

I want to start of by saying that I’m a regular at this restaurant. The food has always been alright but I don’t really mind since the food is super cheap. Today I witnessed something that I consider inhumane. There was a young man that was clearly struggling financially. The man was going around the tables asking if he could clean the windshields of the customers vehicles for spare change. Most of the customers said no, which is totally okay. The man went up to the register and asked the cashier if he could have a cup of water or even a sip of water. The cashier as well as the busser said No. I believe that water is something that should NEVER be neglected to somebody who’s in need. With that being said, I will no longer support this business and neither should y’all !

I bought total of 15 tacos ask for barbaco and they didn’t add them I talk with the lady she said she doesn’t know not her problem manager said he put them there and I had ordered 4 of them and didnt even get one and they said I don’t know and hanged up Always order here and this is the first time they just treated me bad disappoint in them

Stepped inside not realizing that you had to actually go to the counter (which was on 1 side) of the building to order and then go sit down. All they had were tacos .. No Mexican plates which was kinda discouraging.

I had not come to eaten with my family in a good while here. We got a fairly large order. I had a caldo de res, everything was great including my daughter's menudo,... I got not a bite of my meat of the caldo not even a bite rather a huge amount of Manteca lard I did want some carnitas and didn't want to make a huge deal knowing that everything else was good. I mentioned it to the owners wife and since she was charging me, let me say after that she was whispering to her husband and the ladies to not attend to us.. so we can't just? Complain? Or even initiate a conversation about this restaurant, after that she said they don't cook with any fats at all. I was like ummm that's all there was in there ma'am. I stopped the lady with the cart who was picking up the table to stop so I could demonstrate that this was only in my food. Rather the lady ran w the cart faster as if they had already trained to add less of something... Just was not right .. something seemed way to fishy and way to out of character of a good established restaurant. Or as if this lady has her employees scared too. They were terrified to speak to us and even give us a bag for our food to take home. Be ware of what's in the food, please. All I can do is warn you all. That's it. But only you know what you intake. Definitely not pleased at all. This used to be a great place.... Used to be....
