Picked up food. Salad and sandwich combo. The guy forgot to pack the chips. Then no fork. How do you eat a salad without a fork. No One was there and you have this bad service not good!!!

Went there today for lunch and found it less than desirable. It seems they've started cutting corners. First they didn't have any iced tea, only fountain drinks. The cashier said that they weren't making tea anymore. Don't know if it's true or not. Secondly, the buns had no flavor and it appears they have changed recipes or something like that. They use to be churchy kinda, and really good. Third, we noticed that they were cutting down on the meat and veggies. Didn't seem as thick as it used to be. Don't know if I'll return or not..

I ordered a giant deluxe original sandwich expecting double meat like it’s supposed to come and paid for that and instead was given less meat than a normal standard sandwich, I was very disappointed when I got home. I always have great service and hooked up sandwiches from the mcallen 23rd location I recommend going to that one instead.

So far this is my favorite sandwich restaurant. We try the avocado turkey and the Pastrami Reuben, They were delicious. The best pastrami sandwich ever. Great customer service and very clean. Prices were reasonable as well.
