Ms. Vivian was able to make exactly what I needed. She went over all the ingredients with me to assure me that it would be gluten-free and peanut free. The cake was delicious and my friend and her family enjoyed it, even her son who is allergic to peanuts. My friend said the cake did not have a grainy taste like most gf foods and it was moist.
