They been slacking on making my drinks ,I don’t know why I even go back tbh. I would rather drive to the one in McAllen because they always make it right !! Anyways I always ask for the same Matcha frappe with no whip cream . Simple ,yet they always end up putting whipped cream or A lot of matcha to the point it’s dark green and not even drinkable or a lot of milk ,you can’t even taste the Matcha 😩

Used to be really good but lately baristas been making the drinks so ugly not putting the effort. Today I received a matcha crème with no matcha and Frappuccino with the whip and drizzle as if they don’t have time when I ordered ahead as they like to have time.
The Starbucks in Mission Tx was excellent. I didn't have to wait long, they wrote a cute note on my cup and the acknowledgement that you are there was exceptional. Completely different from the DFW Starbucks area. Not all but most in that area chooses who they are nice too. I stopped buying at Starbucks for that reason until now. Too bad I will be leaving Mission and back to DFW area where I will continue not buying at Starbucks. Keep up the good work Mission/Mcallen folks!

I just left this starbucks. that was the rudest barista I have ever experienced through drive thru. I had a hard time remembering last frap I had the first barista was unsure. While I was looking on my app for my last item I orders she comes on the line super rude and speaking super fast and said that's all we have. no hi introducing herself and it was slow. Horrible customer service.

The manager or the lead is so unprofessional and rude. Makes no eye contact, yawns when taking your order as if you were so boring and has such a bad attitude. Gave me no receipt and got my order completely wrong. I realized my order was wrong because I was waiting for a long time until realizing my drink wasn’t ordered.
