I will give two stars to this Stars Drive-in Restaurant because I was charged an extra dollar for a shake just because I asked them to give me a mix of two flavors. Apparently they had to go the extra mile to mix and put two flavors together. Although I have been coming into this place for about 20 yrs and have learned to accept the new standard prices due to inflation, I was never, ever charged extra when asking to mix two flavors. Either I got away with crime for 20 plus years or simply management have managed to get rid of an old client. I won't be coming back here. I guess this is where Stars and I part ways. Those were some good years, good bye.

Always love Stars... decided to get something small. Went with the kids meal of chicken strips and added an extra strip. Didn't get any dipping sauce in my order. Pressed the button and asked for two sauce and they wanted to charge me for an extra sauce. I mentioned that I paid 2 dollars for an extra strip (small one at that) they then brought me two ranch dipping sauce.

Really bad customer service. I asked for my combos in separate bags, and when they brought them out they were all mixed. I explained to them how i had requested them, & they said they weren’t going to do that. Not out of policy, just because they didn’t want to.

Prices change almost every 2 months. We are not much in pandemic anymore and they keep going up. A cone for almost $2.50 almost has tripled the price or more. I prefer to go to Chick fil A and get it for a $1 and change.
Worst 10 dollars I spent on Dec 31 2023 and that's cuz I used a coupon or it would've been 17..I swear the meat is KANGAROO MEAT. No flavor just dry it smelled ugly I couldn't finish the burger niether did my daughter. .I put salt and my own cheese and I still couldn't taste the meat something is wrong with that burger meat..so disappointed...made me remember why I don't eat there or BK DQ Sonic Whataburger Wendy's Churches .NEVER McDonald's Taco Ole gross flies in the back kitchen..
