oh my god while picking up the bread from the oven one of the loaf fell down the lady kept the loaf back in the oven , I asked for a small drink she automatically charged for medium which is $1.50 more this subway should go bankrupt if they keep on doing this cheap tricks

not sure what her name was, but the girl with the red hair was really nice to me, I came to subway with an eh day and she really made my day because of her kindness, will definitely be coming back to this subway!

Food is good and everything else is fine but the girl I think she’s the manager she has red or more like burgundy hair is extremely rude she needs to tone it down a bit with her attitude no matter how you are with her she is rude.A lot of my coworkers do not appreciate the way she is there’s is no need for that.

As an attorney, I feel it is important to document several irregularities I observed during my visit to this Subway location. Upon entering the parking area, I immediately noticed a sign threatening vehicle towing, which does not comply with the legal requirements established under Texas state law. The sign lacks mandatory information such as the name and phone number of the authorized towing company and the storage lot address. Therefore, it has no legal validity and constitutes a violation of state regulations.
Furthermore, when ordering the daily combo, I was informed that the promotional price could not be honored because they did not have small beverage cups available. When I asked if the promotion would still be respected regardless, I was told no — that I would have to pay for the large size. This is an unlawful commercial practice, contrary to the company’s promotional policy, and a clear violation of my consumer rights under applicable law.
Both issues — the improper signage and the refusal to honor a national promotion — amount to serious violations that may result in legal and administrative consequences. Accordingly, I reserve the right to pursue legal action and will also be filing a formal complaint with Subway’s corporate office and the appropriate regulatory authorities.
As both a customer and an attorney, I find it unacceptable that a franchise of this magnitude operates with such disregard for the law and for consumer rights.

Horrible service. The ladies there were so rude I ordered a mobile order went through the drive through and they said I had to get down… Told them I had my baby in the car asleep if they can please just give it to me through the window. Lady said she wasn’t going to bend the rules for me even if I had my baby in the car asleep…. I felt so offended didn’t say anything and told me she was going to bend the rules This once and gave me my food. I was not about to wake up my child just to get down and get an order that is why people do mobile orders. I get if there are rules, but you don’t have to be rude about it that woman must Not be a mother to understand another mothers struggles.. smh then says that Subways have different owners. Well these owners need to do a better job at teaching their employees to be nicer and more courteous. Felt like I was getting scolded by a police officer “I’m gonna bend the rules just this once!” Yes ma’am smh all that for a “curbside” order TO GO $5 Sandwich

Ordered footlong tuna sub with spinach, tomatoes, pickles, bell peppers, onions, salt, pepper, mayo and garlic oil. Fast service, place is very clean. Next time I might bring my side chick and share a sandwich.

Watch them when they make your sandwich. They leave off key items that are listed in the menu. Meats and cheese. They claim that the owner of this franchise does not make them the same as they do at other subways. The lady making the sandwich claimed that the menu does not match how they actually make the sandwiches. If I’m gonna spend $35 for a 6” and 12” sandwich I’d like it to at least be what I ordered. I guess they get away with this because the majority of the business is DoorDash or drive-through. Buyer beware.

I went in for a black forest ham footling combo paid 19 bucks, wtf!!! They charged me $6 extra for making it a meal
Awfully expensive!!! Never again. Almost 17 dollars for a 6 inch sub combo?!?! No wonder it's empty.

I really went in there so my daughter could use the restroom. I decided to get in line and get cookies. Then I realized there was only 1 guy, Juan ,working. This guy absolutely killed it! He had 3 cars in the drive thru, 6 people in line. He just kept his composure and knocked everything out 1 by 1. At one point he had a lady with some sort of coupon and too many questions (in my opinion). He was never rude or rushed her he just answered and explained whatever she was wanting to know.
It's great y'all have an employee like this but y'all need do better at supporting him. I've worked restaurant from front of the house, back of the house and management enough to know what good employees leave when they don't have what they need to do their job well. Major props to Juan. Give him a raise or a paid day off, he deserves it. I even offered to jump in and help but I didn't want him to get fired.

Owner raised prices and i went to another subway less than a mile away and it was a 7 dlr difference. Same meal same everything except price.

Worst customer service ever, the lady who “helped” us was very rude, rolled her eyes at us, and gave us the nastiest response ever! It seemed like she didn’t want to be there at all. I hope upper management see this and does something about it! Very disappointing customer service
