I always get my boba from Tea Rush on 10th st, but decided to try this place out. All I ordered was a green tea unsweetened with boba. I felt like I wasted money because there was absolutely no flavor. Maybe it's the quality of the green tea. I'll just stick with my usual place.

I never usually come to this location since I always go to the location in palms crossing, but I was nearby and decided for the first time to come to the location in shary rd and to my bad luck I was very disappointed since since among the girls Those present received me with a bad face and with a terrible desire, I let it go but when I received my order I received a crepe and it was harder and drier than anything and the consistency of the drink was horrible. It is supposed to be the same business and it should be be the same, I felt my money was thrown away.

The tapioca broke easily like dryed up rubber. It didn't have a chewable texture and you could taste as if they were frozen not made fresh.

I’ve been coming here for the past year and it never fails! I always get the Coconut Nutella Boba and occasionally their Nutella crepe. Definitely my favorite place when me and my friends need to catch up. Prices are amazing too!!

I would always go here for the boba and taro flavor, but yesterday they disappointed me. I always order it with almond milk cause I'm lactose intolerant and you know how bad it could get with the teensy bit of milk. They charged me extra for the almond milk and proceeded to give me regular MILK. I didn't realize it had regular milk UNTIL.... I SUFFERED THE WHOLE AFTERNOON TO STILL RN AT THE MOMENT I LITERALLY HAD NASEUA, VOMITED, HAD ABDOMINAL PAIN, HIVES, GOT BLOATED, AND RUSHED TO THE BATHROOM.Please double-check an order every time someone mentions an allergy/intolerance. Heck, y'all should require a food handler certificate to educate your employees about these situations.

Foods good and bobba but their attitude and service need improvement and combos they add $1 more because they don't carry small size. The owner needs new management the ladies working there are always with bad attitude and mean never greet you when entering the business. We would come ones a Week now we come once every other month. Just horrible.

Very bad customer service!!! 1st they messed up on my order not on one drink but 2! Then when I advised the girl she was completely rude saying "that's not your order" when indeed it was! She skipped my order and made every order in front of my order! Made my drink very watery! It was my 1st time there wanted to give it a try even though I saw the bad reviews! I wanted to give this place a chance but NEVER AGAIN!!!
