If I could give neg 5 starts I would. Checked in sat there for 45 mins they claimed they called my name. They had people sitting outside and were only calling names from the register. Barely audible calling out names

I came to brunch with my mom and kids and Rogelio the waiter was amazing. Checked on us a couple of times and went above and beyond. Now let me tell you about Jackie the cashier. My baby got fuzzy for about 2 minutes and she kept rolling her eyes and just looking over her shoulder. This is supposed to be a “family” oriented place. So I decided to say something and she got someone else to charge me in the front. She needs some training i customer service. Even though the experience with Rogelio was great Jackie made it where I will most likely not come back to this particular location.
