On 12/2/25, I visited the pizzeria and ordered a stromboli, which is supposed to include marinara sauce. The sauce was missing, and even after I requested it, it was not brought out until after we had already finished eating. When I addressed the delay, the server dismissed it by saying she was busy. I asked to speak with the manager, Dominic, but he never came to the table. I called the following day and spoke with another manager, Frank, who was equally dismissive and showed no concern for the issue. The food may be good, but the customer service is completely unacceptable. Management and staff showed no regard for basic service or customer satisfaction. I cannot recommend this place based on this experience.

Place was recommended by a friend while visiting the valley. The pizza was nothing special tbh and was not worth 3x the price of the big pizza chains. The chicken wings are good and the place itself is nice to chill at. The ladies were very polite and helpful. I’d do Parry’s over this any day of the week however.

Terrible experience. I placed an online order at 5:34 P.M. The order was supposed to be complete at 5:54. I arrived and they said it was t ready, something about the garlic knots (will talk about those later). I didn’t receive the order until 6:22! Just about 30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready! Absolutely ridiculous. The “manager” Dominique and the other girl in from were rude, and severely lacked customer service skills. So I get the order, and the garlic knots are disgustingly drenched in oil. I’ve gotten them before and they are NEVER like this. I couldn’t eat them, they were so gross. At that patient I just wanted to go home, those women weren’t going to be any help anyway. I will attach a picture, it was honestly worse than how it looks in the picture. For the owner, please try and do something to fix this. I only onlrdered one large pizza and one order of garlic knots, this was just an overall terrible experience, I don’t know that I’ll be back.

We went to have a late lunch. The attendant was polite and courteous, took our order. What went wrong was what we thought shouldn't be allowed at a food establishment. We observed the pizza maker with unusually long nails. We know pizza is made by hands but we never observed any handwashing. Also we noticed employees using their phones and no handwashing either after use. I don't know what is the policy for phone usage while in the kitchen, but when customers can see this it shouldn't be allowed. As a positive though the place was clean. Food was taken to the table within a reasonable time. We ordered, a pizza, garlic knots, and boneless wings. Food was ok. Hope next time experience is a positive one.

This is my go-to local spot for pizza, I live close by and I have eaten from here since the early Pandemic. I have no problems with the food and the only times I've had problems were the very rare wrong pizza and the staff would correct and give me the correct pizza, no questions asked. The only other problem I have is that there will be Internet outages in the area and their phone/online ordering wouldn't work and I'd have to drive and place my order in person, which is no problem to me as I live close by.
When I'm feeling indulgent and by myself I'd order the calzone/stromboli and if I'm ordering for a group I can't go wrong with a supreme and a Pesto pizza (my personal favorite). I also appreciate being one of the few places to do a big pizza size, the New Yorker is a perfect for football games or visiting guests. I hope this places never goes anywhere

I was a big fan of this place. I used to go to Brownsville to eat here. lately…the Pizza crust is hard. Dry this Pizza by the next day is almost impossible to eat. I don’t know what happened.
