The food was ok.. wasn’t the best honestly I’ve had better Mexican food here in San Antonio then I did in mission Texas.. the carne guisada was super watery, the tortillas are paper thin which those two don’t make a great combination because then your tortillas ripping because of how watery it was.. I do have to say though the barbacoa was on point and the fajitas was nothing but stringy fat.. overall I wouldn’t go there again.. it definitely a little hole in the wall....
First time there and unfortunately my last. I ordered a molleja en chipotle plate and cosa sad. The majority of the servicing was fat. I placed it all on the side and ended up with a few pieces of molleja and what seemed to be an entire onion. I wasn’t going to say anything, but the waitress noticed and asked what was the problem. I truly appreciated that. She came back to tell me the cook said that’s how the molleja is. So to me, that tells me the quality of the food isn’t...
Small restaurant, but great food and always fast service. We were in and out with 30-40 minutes with a full meal and great service. We stop by any time we have business in the area.
