Pleasant attention from the saleswoman, great variety to choose from in the bakery...only that many times the products are not fresh, you can tell that they were made in previous days and you feel that the dough is dry.

I placed an order for a plain cake on October 6th and wanted it ready for October 7th at 11am. That morning at around 10:45 I called to ask if the cake was or would be ready for pick up at 11 and they stated the cake would get there at 11:30. I got there at 11:50 assuming cake would be ready and the cake was not even there. No one knew where it was. So unprofessional.
