Whataburger is no longer what it used to be. The burgers taste bland as if they have no seasoning at all and every single chicken item on the menu is either overcooked and dry or extremely greasy.
I guess they longer care....

Ordered with my rewards, also paid for extra strips and drink and got nothing but two chicken strips on meal with a half container of fries. Called location over 30x’s and spent about 1hr
I asked employee if I could have it fresh and that I was willing to wait with no problem and still got it incorrect!!!!
Team doesn’t seem to care about their location growth and customers. Be better. Or don’t do what u do at all. I will Nvr buy at this location ever

The worst , made me sick and the patty melt was squashed chicken sandwich felt and looked like they been sitting

We were there after 11pm and were told they can’t serve taquitos bc they didn’t have enough staff to make the food. We were told to wait an extra 20 mins before they will begin to serve breakfast food.

They always deliver orders wrong. THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO READ the tickets.

He was a frequent customer, but he is otherwise a drive thru, curbside or dine in. They always deliver the order wrong. And the worst thing is they get upset when you go to make your claim.
