I called to place my order at 5:50 pm and then when I arrived to pick up my order the girl's tell me on front that that they didn't have an order in my name. The gentleman who took my first and last name with phone number repeated my order and gave me a total and let me know it will be 1 hour for order to be ready. Tell me very bad service.

A big shoutout to Yvette and the outstanding Wingstop team for making our Christmas party absolutely amazing! The wings were delicious – hot, fresh, and bursting with flavor. Yvette’s professionalism and warm demeanor truly made the experience memorable. She ensured our order was accurate and ready on time, and the entire staff was friendly and efficient. Walked in to order and the whole place was filled with smoke - looked behind the counter to see one of the fryers was visibly fuming off smoke but that none of the four employees behind the counter seemed to care. I asked the cashier if something was burning to which he said something to the effect of "no that's how it is when we cook".

I'll take my chances somewhere they don't smoke out the entire dining room and/or use dirty frying oil.

I ordered by phone clearly I told the lady that I wanted boneless I was confident I did not check my order I came home and found my order fatal boneless wings I spoke to complain and what they told me was to return the food and that they would make the order again and still charge the difference why? If they were the ones who made a mistake, also from the manager to the employee they spoke very upset as if I had been the culprit and even so arriving and paying they told me I have to wait 11 minutes when they told me that when I returned my order would be there I would I guess I changed the driver because that had never happened to me before.

This, like many other wingstops, is a blast, sometimes they serve you very well and very quickly, orders come out from one moment to the next and there are days where they are a total disaster!
They take time to serve customers, the place is very full, there are many people at the table without their food because they are waiting for it, it takes between 30 minutes and 1 hour for the orders to come out when they tell you an estimated time of 15 minutes, and on top of that it can It could be that your order comes out poorly, parents that have nothing to do with it, or a sauce that you didn't order.
Without a doubt, any wingstop at the RGV is a blast, until now I have not been to one in the valley that always provides excellent service.
