Very horrible experience here at this wingstop. I ordered 50 wings and when I got home 20 were missing. I called to sort out the mix up and the manager laura said all they could do was give me 10 wings. I told her I paid for 50 and asked for a refund of the missing 20 and she said all she could do was give me credit for 10. After speaking to her and trying to explain ask to speak to someone else she proceeded to state she’s the only manager and there’s nothing else she could do. Didn’t end up going back, hopefully someone different could help me out tomorrow. Rude service and horrible communication at this location.

No use in having an app that lets you know when an order is complete. Went a few minutes after my order said complete on the app. I get there and ask, and the person that attended me came back with a hesitant look telling it was not ready and it would be a few minutes. Well 15 later I’m still here and it’s taking longer than expected as I am also able to write this review. Super inconvenient especially when people plan around the supposed “estimated time”.

Idiots. Not one ranch was included in a order. Then they want us to drive back out to the restaurant to pick up just three ranch with zero consideration that their stupidity is now going to result in an unnecessary waste of gas, and cold food due to THEIR ERROR! Then they proceed to offer a credit order for three ranch. Stupidity at its finest.

Very unprofessional staff working here. They are not punctual with orders. The night manager Ingrid was very unprofessional. She literally hung up the phone on me while discussing the situation how the run there store. Wing Stop needs to educate there staff and change there game plan in how they process orders for customers.

They worst customers service experience ever got here at 11 pm and been waiting for more then 30 minutes for my order to be taken and night manager says they stop taking orders along time ago because there too busy ! So then why even have ur doors open if u cant sell food ? Told the manager i have been trying to call since 10:30pm and she says sorry i disconnected the phone so it wouldnt ring since we are too busy. Worst experience ever !
