One of our favorite, go-to eateries here in our town. Food is homemade and very, very good. Definitely made to order! The atmosphere is a nostalgic journey through Mexican cinema. Service is great-friendly staff and very accommodating . We’ve had two impromptu birthday parties, called at the last minute and they took us in and took care of everything we needed. Thank you! Highly recommend.

Food was good and prices reasonable. I had the Tuesday breakfast special which was migas ala mexicana. Place was clean and service was good.

My family and I didnt like the food. I ordered a caldo de res and the soup was not flavored well. It was like drinking hot water. Corn tortillas were packaged tortillas. My husband ordered a barbacoa and the meat was hard as if it was sitting out or old. He did however like the potato and egg taco. I'd like to point out that we are not very picky so you know this has to be a really bad food for us to leave a complaint on the review. Still we didnt complain to them. We just ate what we could bare and paid.

Delicious food!! Everything I've tried is fresh and cooked perfectly!! Love their barbacoa and menudo!
Not worth it too expensive for tasteless food. We ordered the Mexican burger it had tiny pieces of ham and the burger is tiny and the meat had no flavor. We ordered the volcanes for 11$ the meat was also tasteless and they were nasty.. save your money!! I do not recommend at all! Total was $30 for nasty food..

Great tasting food, with good and consistent service from the waitresses, and very Texas style atmosphere.

My friends and I had been going to Yaya's on Sundays for a few weeks now (even though the service isn't great). Yesterday was the last time we will go. I ordered Huevos Divorciados and found a hard plastic in my food as I chewed on my soft eggs. I told the waitress about it and gave her my plate because I lost my appetite. It looked like a fork prong/tine. She took it with no apology. My friend's meal had 2 dark hairs. My friend has blonde hair. We didn't bother to report them. When I paid my plate, they took the cash and didn't give me a receipt to keep, nor say sorry about the plastic, thank you, come again... nothing... that's why I rated their customer service low.

This place has great delicious food. The atmosphere and ambience is not particularly eye-catching, but it's adequate for the type of eatery, with the exception of parking facilities which are lacking. The service is good and prompt, but not particularly friendly. The variety and flavor of the food is what draws me to this place. It would be a much fuller experience if the other categories were improved upon.
