Food was just not good. Tasted very bland and half the menu they were "out of". It was Wednesday night at 630 pm with 2 other people in the restaurant. How could you be out of almost everything.Poor server felt so bad and started the convo with "we don't have a lot of things so bear with me"

Something changed here!Wrong Soup served.They forget to bring the right one out.Ordered 2 meals only one showed up and the 2nd took so long we canceled.Fried items had a hint of burned frying oil.Health Inspector grade was a B.Place was not busy and after reading other reviews I understand.Management tried to make it right and waiter was patient but food and service was poor.

I would never wright a review on this place it’s one of my favorite fast food Asian spots near my home. However after tonight’s service forced me to do so.I have been going to this place for years but to be honest after tonight I recommend they revamp the staff. I ordered my dinner for pick up I picked up it no problem got home and noticed rice wasn’t in the bag so I called the guy who answered picked up the phone I informed him I didn’t get my rice he just put the phone down with out replying no one ever came to the phone. I called back 5 times and was all my calls were screened. I know you guys have experience new management change but the staff needs to be addressed. I have been a long time customer over 6 years and I don’t appreciate how I was treated this evening.Please don’t lose customers because your staff wants to play childish games.

The evening duo they got with the manager J and the server Jerry was phenomenal!!!!First the server was super Friendly and second the manager was very knowledgeable.... Like ,Wow ?? That curry chicken shrimp was delish, thank you Jerry for that suggestion. That crab puff pairing was really the best add on from the manger

I have to agree with some regarding some food not being fresh. I got there around lunch and ordered sushi. Love sushi and have eaten it for over 20 years. They gave me frozen sushi. It was like I was going to eat a popsicle. Never been there since. I go elsewhere now.

Always enjoy eating here. Ice cold beer, excellent bar, and the food is always wonderful. I only take one star off for atmosphere. It's a cool vibe, but there is always cleaning supplies visible. It's like if the Mona Lisa had a small mustard stain on her dress. It's still great...but someone needs to let her know about the little smudge :)

If you want some top of the line ingredients, then Akashi is THE place to eat. For his first day jerry was soooo helpful and friebdly. And the manager was by his side, while also takomg ToGoVegetarian options: Can have veggies insyead or take out

This was disappointing to write. In all of the years that my family and I have been eating here this is the first time we were given food that had obviously been reheated and soy sauce added to mask the fact that the food was not freshly prepared. I called to complain and the manager clearly was not concerned. I should have tried everything before calling as everything was horrible. After eating only one piece of sushi my head immediately started hurting. I hope the next guests experience is better than I’ve had today.

The tangy chicken was awesome but the dragon part of the dragon and phoenix was a little chewy (I guess that was the actual dragon part)?. The service was excellent and I thank our server Anahid for her honest opinion on some of the dishes. ??. The restaurant is quiet right now, ( but it’s just late afternoon). We will come back.FYI. This is our second time here. The first time everything was pretty good.

This was my second visit, and I'll definitely be a return customer. I made it there just in time before Happy Hour (HH) ended at 7 pm, so I took full advantage. My lemon drop cocktail was nice, sushi was really good, and I also ordered a non-HH dish, the triple delight Mongolian dish with fried rice. I'm hooked... I was already looking for a really good Asian restaurant nearby, and I've found this gem less than 5min from my house. The restaurant was not packed, which I personally liked, and the atmosphere of the restaurant is lovely as well.
