I want this place to succeed, and I hope they read the reviews and take measures to correct the issue. The breakfast tacos are pretty decent; it seems like they use real eggs. On the other hand, the donuts have an oily aftertaste that I can not pinpoint the issue with. I don't know whether they reuse the oil constantly or what kind of oil they use to fry the donuts.

Today was my last day purchasing anything from this store. I frequent this location daily and I get the same thing all the time, cinnamon rolls. I called and asked the what do they do with the doughnuts that are not sold at the end of the day, and the guy said they throw them away, so I asked would if they would give to charity and he just hung up on me. If this is the way you feel, I can take my business elsewhere. Be mindful of how you treat people because you never know what they are going through. I’ve only been here in the area for 2 months and fell in love with your establishment, but as of today 7-17-25, your employee has just ruined it for you. I will take my money to someone that first mind giving back. If you’re going to throw the doughnuts away, why not donate to a local charity. Crazy thing is, we would have blessed you guys with a donation for your generosity. Your loss.

I'm just annoyed because they once double charged me and I tried contacting them and they refunded me. I had gone in a few months but I passed by and felt like giving them another chance. The lady in front of me was chatting with the owner and was saying how it wasnt busy and gave them free donut holes. When I was ready to order she made a sort of face at me and didnt offer anything which was quite rude. I got an apple fritter which tasted super stale as well.

The glazed donuts were perfectly glazed over and had an airy texture consistency with the actual donut. The perfect combo of what you expect in a glazed donut. Typically, I like my donuts hot in temperature however the donuts at Billy’s are great hot or cold which says alot about the quality products they provide. I also got the large sausage and cheese kolache and it had the perfect ratio of dough, cheese and meat. The kolache served here definitely stands out against other donut shops because of the quality ingredients used. The customer service was excellent! He was extremely helpful and accommodating! I can’t say enough good things about this gem donut business!
