I went around 6am. I've been through the drive through a few times and it was always a great experience and the drinks were always great. So I decided to go inside and sit down and get some work down for a few hours. The inside was a whole vibe. It was really nice, beautifully decorated and extremely clean. I get extremely anxious in crowded places so this place was perfect for me. My introvert heart was happy. The inside wasn't packed at all. There was plenty of seating. The chairs were comfy. The workers were kind and helpful. I got my drink fast. I got the iced matcha latte. It was so good. The music was great. i highly recommend this place.

Initially, this establishment was a breathe of fresh air to the area!The flavored coffees are great, but the regular coffee is not as strong as some would like, but ok. What was great, was the breakfast options. What's disappointing is the change of menu. Why replace one of the best almond croissants and breakfast pastries one could ever have? It was a weekend ritual for my entire family, friends and at least to indulge, as well as a 3 day weekday for me and hubby. A breakfast taco and a muffin sandwich can by purchased on every corner in this area. The menu is now lame! Not as excited to return to this location now, but maybe for a the Mexican or Caramel truffle every now and then. With said, the service is always exceptional and it was also one of the reasons I looked forward to driving through getting my fixes with breakfast and coffee.

I ordered a Irish coffee with no sugar and they gave me one with Splenda and it tasted horrible why would you add it when never asked for it?? Not to mention the employee was not willing to make our food she kept saying they didn't have anything it was very annoying!!!

I love going to Blackrock because of the Danishes. The coffee is good, but the Danish is the only reason I go there most of the time. Visited on Thursday only to find out that they no longer served it, so I left and went to Laredo Taco instead. Went this morning to give one of the items a shot. I got the chorizo sandwich and I wish I hadn't ordered it. The bread was dry, the chorizo was spicy, and the overall item tasted off. If the item was spicy, it should have been stated in the menu since some of us encounter digestive issues when consuming spice, myself included. Additionally, It reminds me of the food that starbucks serves in which that it tastes off and unapetizing. I should have stuck to Laredo Taco instead. Despite coming here frequenlty the past few months, after this I will not return again.

BRING BACK THE BREAKFAST DANISHES!!!!! The coffee is great but the breakfast danishes completed my morning. While getting my normal order for the morning, I was VERY disappointed to learn that they removed the bacon, egg, and cheese danish from the menu. I instead ordered one of their breakfast burritos. Specifically the bacon and egg burrito. I expected a normal breakfast burrito, but it surprised me to find that the burrito was a little spicy. The consistency of the egg and bacon mix wasn’t to my liking at all. It seemed more like a paste than eggs and bacon. Unless the danishes come back, i most likely wont be coming back.

I wish they would not have removed the gluten free pastries from the menu. So hard to find GF at coffee shops so I go to Black Rock because they have something for me to eat. The offerings were so much better before. I would drive 15 min to this location just for the gf zucchini bread. Today they didn’t have any gluten free food items. Very disappointing. I do love the coffee though.
Isaac is the best. Well all the employees here has been extremely nice. I come here often during the week. They offer many great tasting drinks. As a cop that works in the area, this is my morning stop for my fuel for the day. Keep up the great work guys!!!

Service in this location is just bad. According to employees, the only way to get an almond croissant is arriving at store opening. If you are craving pastries, just make the drive to pearland location.

I went through the drive thru. I got a XL Iced Matcha Latte with light ice. Great customer service, the employees were very friendly and welcoming. I hope there are plans for an opening/ entrance closer to the actual building and establishment. I think it would be more convenient for the customers when they come through.
Parking: There's plenty of parking when it's not as busy. When it is super busy drive thru is your best bet.
