First visit was great, went back the next day and my IV drink was made so horribly wrong, my son got the Oreo chiller which was great but as for my whole experience, it was below quality, and to top things off the cashier short changed me, I figured maybe she needed the money so I didn’t even say anything about her keeping some of my money, please retrain your staff because some of them need it.

I'm not understanding how you consider yourself or coffee house and you don't have any drip coffee.. You only offer pour overs or espressos..Why not have fresh drip coffee throughout the day.

I visited this coffee bar with a friend yesterday (03/24/2024) in the afternoon and had a very bad experience. I ordered 2 regular brewed coffees with cream and sugar. They will add cream and sugar, so I requested them to make sure that the coffee remains hot. After 20 minutes of waiting in the dining room, I went to check on my order. There were no workers at the counter - I could see customers waiting at the drive-through window unattended. I waited at the counter for several minutes and one of the workers came out. I asked about my coffee orders and was told that they will make the coffees immediately. I went back to the table and after a couple of minutes my two coffees are placed on the counter. No attempts were made to draw my attention, but since I was constantly checking, I went and picked up the beverages. Coffee was lukewarm at the best. Coffee was too sweet to enjoy. Made a determination to avoid that store in future.

They NEVER have food. I cannot imagine how much revenue they miss out on due to being out of food. This is a regular experience no matter which day of the week or time of day.Staff is mediocre and then request tips. Last time I went through drive-thru, young man literally said nothing to me. No “thank you”, no “your total is”, nada—then show you tablet to tip.Coffee is delicious. The management needs to step up their game.

I've been here a few times since it opened and I absolutely love the coffee. This is the only place that has made my drip coffee the proper way and I don't have to add more to make it taste the way I like it. The baristas are always fun and vibes are unmatched. My only issue(s) is the wifi (super spotty, loses connection often) and the music. There isn't any variety, just rock blaring through the speakers... how ironic, but also it's so loud I find it hard to concentrate or hold a meeting/conversation.

only come here if you have noise cancellation headphones and a hoodie.store owners/managers please change the playlist to lofi or light jazz and LOWER the volume. people come here to get work done, we don't need our ears bleeding to terrible rock music. also check the room temp it's always cold in here.

Good coffee! Had a cappuccino with cinnamon. Coffee was strong just like I like it. Had also an blueberry lemon scone and discovered Iam not a fan of scones . Also ordered a ham and cheese croissant and it was delicious.
