So I sent my hubby here based on neighborhood post and he quickly reminded me we had been here before awhile back. Anyway, I asked for a shrimp and fish po-boy in which he called stating it couldn’t do both and my thoughts were okay whatever just make it shrimp then. (attitude in tow) Well, when I got the po-boy I could see clearly why the owner said they both couldn’t be achieved. Those dang on shrimps were huge and he was not skimping on the number added to my po-boy. Also, one thing that stood out and important when making a po-boy is the proper bread. He got three thumbs up from me. We had left over fish from another plate and made grits the next morning then added the fish to the air fryer. The flavor was even more bustin bustin.

The fried fish and shrimp here are the best we’ve ever had! My husband and I tried this place for the first time and we know we will definitely be regulars. The owner, Pat, runs this business all by himself. From working the front to cooking the food, you can tell he loves what he does! The food was so fresh and seasoned well, but Pat’s hospitality is what really stood out to us. Just left this place but can’t wait to come back. Thank you Pat for the great food and experience you gave us!

This spot is the real deal when it comes to traditional po-boys, with flavors straight out of Louisiana. The catfish is perfectly fried, paired with a sauce that melts in your mouth, and the spicy sausage will have your taste buds dancing. The owner runs the place solo, but he’s friendly and took the time to chat with us during our visit. It's the kind of place that leaves you craving more once you've tried it. We felt right at home, well-fed, and treated like family.

Food and service was spectacular! We had the shrimp basket & po boy with a side of hush puppies and they didn’t disappoint. I was impressed with the level of professionalism and service. I highly recommend this place.

Let them cater for you. They provided excellent service for my family at a reasonable price. The husband takes pride in preparing the tastiest cuisine I've had in a long time.

If you're in the mood for Louisiana Cajun food, please try out this place. The owner is super friendly and hard working...he's the chef, the cashier, and the waiter. We went there yesterday and he was HUSTLING. The food is yummy. There IS a wait (remember it's a one-man show) but the food is worth it and he deserves the business. The hot sausage po'boy was ??

OMG is all i will say. From a Louisiana girl, it’s a must try. Definitely the way we cook in South Louisiana . The owner is Amazing and offers Amazing customer service. I love it’s with up the street from me. We have tried just about everything on the menu. Well worth it!!!
