I ordered 10 pieces of fish but only received 5 pieces. I understand that mistakes happen but they wanted to charge me 17.00 for the balance. She said she would give me 8 pieces instead of 5 more. I was 20 miles away with a dementia patient so I was unable to go back. I always tip when I go in but I am now looking for other options because making it right and satisfying their customers is not a priority.
Stopped in today and the customer service was awesome we spent 48 dollars and it was definitely worth it bought a whole catfish and shrimp and everything was good and fried just like i wanted it i will be back soon
Fish fried light and nice! Salad sorry! Fries ok. Fried rice is horrid!For a fish market they have the nerve to give you ONE tiny packet of tarter sauce! Total lack of customer appreciation! Even if you buy three pieces of fish and 6 shrimp, th only want to give you one small packet and charge you for any more! CHEAP AND UNAPPRECIATIVE!Service is unfriendly and cold! Never seen a ‘warm’ friendly moment in this place!
