Good food, but the hours say they should be open until 9 pm. I am here at 7:20 pm on a Wednesday and it is fully closed. I downloaded their app to place an order and this location doesn’t allow orders, nor on their website. It shows up but puts you in a loop when you try to place an order. A lot of room for improvement.

Recommended to call before going to make sure they are open.

Edit: Downgrading from 2 stars to 1 as the “About” section STILL lists that this is a drive-through location despite many reviews from a while back saying it is not. I went there my self and can confirm it does not have a drive through. How hard is it to make a simple correction???

Edit: as of the last few days (October 12, 2024), it seems they’ve been fully closed. Their Google maps profile should reflect that.

Horrible customer service. Cheese sticks had been over cooked with nearly no cheese left inside. Manager was very rude when I called to inform them of the issue. Definitely won't be returning to this location till sum staff training is done..

Charley's is good, but go to one that isn't in a Wal-Mart. They seem to think it's OK to have different standards in a Wal-Mart versus a Charley's store by itself. When you order extra cheese, you should get extra cheese. Got ripped off on the meet quantity here as well.

I am honestly livid. After they essentially begged for our service with a BOGO cheesesteak offer I obliged. My order was completely wrong and mixed up with the other one. I only ordered one set of fries so it should not have been hard to differentiate between the two. I’ve called the store back 4 times and no one has answered and then it hangs up. Very disappointing and a waste of money. I would like a refund.

The Polished Educator

The business needs to update the information on Google to reflect that they DO NOT have a drive thru!! This location is inside of a Walmart, however it currently lists it as having a drive thru- which is super misleading for those who specifically looking for drive-thru locations. I ordered a regular Philly cheesesteak with extra bell peppers, onions & mushrooms with a combo that included regular fries and a peach/strawberry lemonade. The food was average, I wish the fries were a little on the crispier side but nonetheless the food was average, nothing to rave about. The restaurant itself was in need a dire cleaning (see pictures) throughout the restaurant. Customers should not be subjected to the amount of uncleanliness that I saw during my visit. I definitely think the staff need to do frequent cleanings throughout the day. It was not busy during my visit so I’m unsure of why it was so filthy.

They didn’t remove anything I requested from my sandwich, didn’t add a side of ranch like I requested, and didn’t provide me with a fork as requested. I am allergic to what they still included so now I cannot eat my overpriced meal. Why do yall have those options/ask if you’re not going to do what’s requested or pay attention?? Make it make sense.

First of all, the website showed this location had a drive-thru. Not so, it was actually inside a Walmart! I had a leg injury that made walking excruciatingly painful so going inside was not an option. Called twice to cancel my order. No answer.A good Samaritan offered to go inside & pick up my order for me. (God bless them!)As for the sandwich - I asked for extra grilled onions, bell peppers, & mushrooms. There were exactly 2 pieces of bell pepper, zero grilled onions, & a total of 3 mushrooms.A total disappointment from beginning to the end result.
