The Sienna location has THE BEST EMPLOYEE S EVER. I don't mind when they have long lines because staff is exceptional and the food is always fresh and hot. The dining room is always clean. Best location hands down!!!!
The service has been poor the last two times we have come.
We came on a Wed night at 9:30p and our order took 15 minutes.
We are here on a Friday night at 9:25p and it's 9:45p and our order has not been brought to the table.

Parking: Depending on the time of day, any Chik-fil-A can get congested but with less busy hours, it is very smooth. The staff are always very sweet and take pride in their jobs. I don’t think I’ve ever had an unpleasant experience with them.
