I order here frequently. The order is always completed quickly and the food is hot. Chili's has one of the best burgers around. They have a great grilled taste.

Never have I spoken to a Manager at any place of business and ask for their name and they say Manager on Duty. Then has the nerve to ask my name. I tell him my name and he still didn't reply with his own. I ordered an Oldtimer combo to go. Got home no cheese on burger and top bun broken in two. One slice of tomato and black bean patty was overcooked and dry. Mac and cheese just tasted like salt. Also never had a salad served in a side cup container. Terrible customer service and food presentation. He is replacing the meal but this has been a terrible experience. Unprofessional and rude.

Arron the bartender was absolutely amazing. Vibes and attitude was on point even after being the only server on shift. Erica was so kind and sweet and brought our food out hot and ready! The manager Shay was so sweet and came over to talk and make sure we were taken care of. Absolutely love it here and will be back.
