Great food and service at this location. I order frequently in to go and dine in often. I love the burgers, they are super flavorful! My server last night was fantastic and went above and beyond for me with my customizations as I am picky. The manager is very kind as well, I have gotten to know her a bit during my visits. I love the friendliness here. Keep it up!

Magnanimous Note

I didn't know you can't order to-go without a phone number...more ways to lose sales and profit. I came to get food for 15 people and was told I couldn't order without giving them my phone number...(I came in to the location). Oh well, you need customers more than I need rejection. Good luck.

Better Chile's than the one closer to me. Staff greeted people at the door. We were seated immediately. Our server did a fantastic job. Got my usual....Old Timer with cheese. I really like their fries. The hamburger had too much mustard and was slightly overcooked. That's why only 4 stars. I definitely would return. Anyone can have a one off.

Caesar was the star of this show! Visit started off a little rocky but when Caesar noticed we weren't being attended too he had the Bartender help us and when she was occupied he personally removed plates and processed our bill. He seemed to be a supervisor and I was so impressed with his leadership I took the time to write this review. Great service!!

My server Elcherri was beyond amazing, I was utterly surprised she told us it was her first day. She helped my choose which drink I wanted when I was indecisive, didn't hesitate to ask what I ordered if it pertained black pepper or not due to my throat damage that I developed a mild allergy to black pepper. I asked for extra onions on the side, the onions were ice cold so I asked for them to be heated. When I was given the onions for my big mouth bites they were completely covered in black pepper. When I showed her, she said she'll handle it but the manager on duty David came out instead. Made my feel bad as if I was an issue due to an allergy explaining it was marinated so I asked if he could have someone just cut an onion and grill it for a second. He kept mentioning the bacon instead on the mouth bites when I was talking about onion and kept cutting me off. Then he didn't want to and offered raw red onion which I do not like. I tried talking to him more, when he wasn't complicit my man jumped in the conversation which he somehow understood what he said when he just repeated what I said. I tried talking again since it wasn't his food and David cut me off saying he was talking to him and not me in a very condescending tone. All my husband did was repeat what I said so why did David listen to him and not me? It was my order but he seems to only respect a man instead of the person with the allergy and made me feel as if I was being impossible asking for onion without black pepper. When he gave me the onion, which only took 3 minutes so I didn't see why that wasn't done in the first place when a kitchen is told someone has an allergy and made it seem as if our female server wasn't doing her job. It was as if he was trying to show a man saved the day and our server couldn't handle it the way he was talking so I told him I didn't need anything and my server was doing a fantastic job. My bill was originally $120 something but she helped me every step of the way because I didn't know how to redeem my free queso so I thanked her. She brought an appropriate amount of togo plates and even lids for the dips when I forgot to ask but she was on top of her game. I loved her service but I don't appreciate the manager making it seem like she couldn't handle the job when he made a big deal making me feel bad for asking for a simple accommodation due to a mild allergy. Or that he refused to listen to me but my man when all he did was repeat what I said and all of a sudden he understood. Please school David on customer service and to treat men and women equal. I can only imagine the grief he gives his female employees.
