Completely disappointed with this location yesterday we had a family get together and we bought a 16 piece family meal and picked up when we sat down to eat we only received half of our order tried to contact the restaurant for a refund or to see if I could pick up what was missing and they never answered or reached back out mind you the meal came out to over 50 dollars just to receive half the order

Ordered 10 piece online but was only given 8. Didnt notice it til I had already driven home. Next time ill be sure to check at the store.

It was 9:50 and drive thru told me they didn't mind dropping fresh chicken even though it was 10 min until closing. I appreciated their service. The food was for my 3 boys and I!!!!

Went in around 7:30 pm on 1/15/2026 and the service was great, we had no problem placing our oeder,everything we wanted was available, and didn't even wait more 10 min. Food was as expected.

I'm very disappointed there were piece of hair on my chicken I throw food away also the chicken didn't taste flesh called the Place so many times noone didn't pick up

Employees are playing around and not being productive at all

Employees are very unprofessional. They got my drive thru order wrong.
When I called back and finally got thru, my complaint was met with fits of laughter. I could hear the other employees giggling along with the one that was listening to my complaint. I guess making a mistake on an order is a really big inside joke. I will not be going back there.

I had to get the cashier's attention because they were so busy talking to each other even though they saw us walk in. Didn't like that. My daughter wanted to try Church's for the first time while in Texas. She said it was good. I haven't had it since the early 90's.

gave me regular chicken instead of spicy chicken and refused to replace the order. Never answer the phone.

Made me wait 10 minutes for fresh spicy chicken and when I got home the chicken was old and regular. Called them the same night but no answer. Called the next afternoon and an Alexandra told me she couldn’t help because a manager wasn’t there then she stated to bring the food back and she’ll replace it SMH. Been calling to speak to a manager since and no one answers the phone. Called corporate office as well to get a refund.
