This place is going down hill so bad. Has always been mine & my husband favorite spot but now every time we go the service is terrible. The servers are always rude & forget like half our order every single time. Then to just go sit behind the counter and stick their faces in their phones the whole time and never come check on you. Last time we went my husband had to get up multiple times bc she didn’t bring the sauce that comes with the appetizer, forgot one of our orders of crab (on top of it didn’t communicate that she forgot to put the order in), didn’t bring any utensils to crack open the crab, got up to ask for a refill, we had to get up to pay the bill and ask for a to go bag. This is pretty much our experience every time we go now.. unfortunately this wasn’t just a one time thing

NEW FAVORITE CAJUN SPOT! We went to Crawfish N' More on Sunday, and it was the furthest thing from being disappointed. Walking in, (without reservation) I was greeted immediately with open arms and an open booth from our kind waiter. The service was perfect for us, getting our drinks 2 mins from sitting down! We ordered snow crab clusters with potatoes and the fried cod fish meal which were delicious and spot on with the Cajun seasoning. I would recommend Crawfish N’ More to anybody who is missing that authentic seafood feel!

Nothing better than Happy Crab. This place (the owner michaels gfriend) is a detriment to this business. We used to go here monthly and they got my grandaughters order wrong and she acxused us of trying to get a free meal. So rude! Owner called us apologizing and said we were one of his best customers but we found Happy Crab!!!!

Went on a Sunday night, about two hours before closing…. It was my second time going, we ordered 2lbs of shrimp, mussels, fried oysters, everything was delicious. This is one of my favorite seafood spots ever. There was one guy working as a server and another (that I saw) working the back, they were super efficient and were juggling many customers and still brought out the food in a timely manner and still asked around if we needed anything else. I recommend this place to all my friends and family, I even have a friend from out of town who loves to drive down here to this place during crawfish season. Must try!!! Prices are market price but tend to be reasonable!

We use to love this place but it has changed so much. We just went and the girls working always make it seem like they’re annoyed when anyone comes in. We ordered shrimp fired rice as a starter & our seafood boil after. The seafood boil came out first & when I asked for our rice I could see the girl go back & ring it in. I’m assuming she forgot to put it in & never explained that to us. She never gave us bibs, limes and the utensils to help open the crab like they usually do and rarely came to check to see if we needed anything. We were also missing our order of potatoes so we had to wait for that too. Another time we came & they open at 3:00; it was 4:15 and the doors were locked. We started to walk away and one of the girls opened it and goes “oh we’re open, we just left it locked” like um why would you leave it locked during business hours?¿?¿ and she was soo rude the entire time and again rarely came to see if we needed anything. We have been some of the only people in there and they still take soooo long to come to our table for anything!! We even had to get up and just pay at the counter twice already bc we’ll be sitting waiting for the check and they never bring it. We obviously try to wave them down but they’re usually just sitting behind the counter with their faces in their phone. We will no longer be returning.. what a shame.. this has always been our favorite seafood spot

This is my FAVORITE spot to get shrimp. If i ever venture out and try something new i regret not just coming to crawfish n more. they never disappoint! Service is always 10/10 will ALWAYS be a customer! This is my go to order: Shrimp(head on), half sausage, all the fixings potatos, corn, eggs. in da mix’ with extra spicy always hits🤤

This place has obviously changed ownership and is just not the same.
We eat crawfish 2-3 times a week, mostly at Happy Crab (AMAZING). Wanted to venture out and try something new, wasted $75 due to their ”No refund” policy. We were served ROTTEN crawfish. My significant other is an officer for this city and was ON DUTY trying to enjoy a meal with his family. Will be calling health inspector in the morning. I worked in the food industry for 20 years and NEVER experienced something so disgusting.

We were there 2 weeks ago hoping for some great crawfish. We asked how big it was & we were told medium to big. They were all small! Not sure why because a few other places we’ve been to have been large for over a month. It is our usual place to go for crawfish since we live close by & it’s normally a good size. Ordered a dungeness crab cluster and a pound of shrimp head on with mild lemon pepper seasoning. The shrimp is large and tasted great. But if you don't like any spiciness at all, get non-spicy. The crab cluster tasted fine. I'd go back to this restaurant and try some of the other items on the menu.
Food is not fresh but frozen we spent over $200 and over half of the crawfish was already expired, and just nasty. I do not recommend it at all. Best finds another place for crawfish, or any boil food from this location.
