I’d give this zero if I could. I ordered a cake well in advance. I was charged for the cake. When I arrived to pick it up they told me they didn’t have it and that I had to go through the mobile ordering help to be refunded. When I did that, I was told the store itself had to refund me. When k try to call them, it goes straight to a voicemail that doesn’t actually take messages. I usually love DQ. But This location is terrible.

The food was good, the problem was...she didn't hear the 3 times what I ordered. XL chili cheese dog, after waiting a long time, I received a regular chili cheese dog.

All DOORS NEED TO REMAIN UNLOCKED DURING BUSINESS HOURS THIS IS A FIRE HAZARD AND SAFETY ISSUSE MANAGER/EMPLOYEE DID NOT CARE . I WOULD NOT BRING MY FAMLIY HERE. I JUST LET HIM AND DIDN'T CARE. Staff said they close at 10:00pm when it clearly says 10:30…. Seemed to me like they just wanted to close shop early

I came to this location today and they are false advertising saying they don’t give away free ice cream when all other locations are doing it. Plus, this location acting ghetto. They had a custom employee eating in front of the customers. I find that very rude and inconsiderate, and they should be ashamed of themselves having an employee eating food and talking with their mouth full. That’s not professional . And proves that they just hire anybody. Please do better and have a talk with your employees.

My account got hacked and the food was ordered at this location (half way across the country mind you). I tried calling this location literally over 14 times and they don't answer the phone. I was also simultaneously trying to get ahold of customer service using another phone and I've been on hold for over 20 minutes and I still haven't spoke to a person. Customer service here is absolutely pathetic. Glad someone is enjoying $40 worth of food in my name and DQ won't take the time of day to fix it.

Magnanimous Note

Pre-cooked fries, chicken strips taste like old oil and the place looks unsanitary. You are serving food to the public. The quality that you provide proves you don't care what comes out of your kitchen. This mess made me sick and I didn't finish it. Never will I make the mistake of coming here again. I'm reporting you to the health department. I'm sure you don't care but when you lose sales and profit you will feel the impact.

This located was posted to close at 11pm. We arrived here at 10pm, just to see the girl who was working tonight turned off all the lights and locked the doors, just standing by the drive thru window and just ignored us. I suggest whoever owns this location should look into firing this person or docking their pay at the least, because they are making you lose money. I had a family I was trying to feed.
