Dairy Queen

They did everything well, except they forgot 1 item. If I didn't check my items before I left, then I would've paid for food that I didn't receive and it's hard to prove once you leave the premises. In addition, they kept my receipt after giving me the missing item. Now I'll say this, the young lady that took my order did well, but the manager or supervisor there seemed very upset, that he was the one that forgot the missing item. Overall, they did well, but I'll say to be sure to not show any anger for mistakes. We all make mistakes, so just address it and keep it positive from that point.

Opening hours shows till 11 PM on Google maps. Drove by at 10:10 PM and they were already cleaning up and refused service.

Just let this location- second DQ in a row I’ve had a horrible experience at. The drive through guy was super rude from the beginning and then again at the window. I will NEVER go to another Dairy Queen again. We are done.

Just pulled up to this place and was told that they “close in 10 seconds” by a Hispanic man with a very strong accent. It was 9:59 when I got in front of the order speaker when this happened, and according to google this location stays open until 12am. So either they need to update their times or fire these employees that don’t want to do the bare minimum that is, THEIR JOB. I asked the guy if they closed later just to reassure he understood what he was saying and he reiterated that they closed at 10, so I pulled off because he’s obviously an idiot that I don’t want having anything to do with my order anyway. Great service no nasty attitudes. Workers actually look like they don’t hate their lives. The framed photos highlighting the history of dq were cool . Had a fun time observing them with my daughter. She loved her ice cream .

Rude staff. Poor customer service

Everyone was super nice including op mgr and front and back and gave me extra veggies and made the fry again for me and give me a lot. I think I just waited too long to eat my fries weren’t old. Place is clean.

I've gotten used to the idea of the Reece's Blizzard 🥶 and that's what I showed up to get, and I'm never disappointed 😊😎😊

If you enjoy wasting money, this is the spot to visit. I ordered a medium Oreo Blizzard. And you get a sprinkle of oreos and the rest is the white creamy stuff. It was shocking and disappointing. I won't patronize this particular location anymore. What a waste.

I’d give this zero if I could. I ordered a cake well in advance. I was charged for the cake. When I arrived to pick it up they told me they didn’t have it and that I had to go through the mobile ordering help to be refunded. When I did that, I was told the store itself had to refund me. When k try to call them, it goes straight to a voicemail that doesn’t actually take messages. I usually love DQ. But This location is terrible.

The food was good, the problem was...she didn't hear the 3 times what I ordered. XL chili cheese dog, after waiting a long time, I received a regular chili cheese dog.

Literally needs to be shut down. Freeze machine still broke scanner machine still not working wth!!
