I am telling y'all the Manager at the store is so Amazing she really deserves a raise, she always gives service with a smile no matter what the situation is and she knows how to speak to her staff. Good people here and good food what more can you ask for!

730p on a Friday night, it looks like the place is shutdown. Front DQ sign out, all the outside lights out, handwritten sign on main door that says go around to the other door. Looked too scary to order food, so I walked over to the Sonic that has their act together and looks like a functioning restaurant. How this DQ is run or not run properly must be really hurting business. It has been like this for a long time
Pulled up, no one in the drive thru, can barely hear lady on the speaker and we asked for a few few minutes. Nobody was behind us and everyone was picking a flavor. Lady working was clearly annoyed we took a couple minutes but let her know it's very hard to hear, but eventually some dude jumped on the speaker mid order and we could barely get each order out before he was quick to say, anything else?! Asked for him to repeat the order back and he just kept giving the total. Pull up to the window and lady on her phone gives total again, I'm clearly grabbing the money, and as soon as I go to hand it to her she shuts the window and walks away. Literally took maybe 30secs. But wasn't fast enough for her. When she finally takes my money, rudely hands me the change, then starts just handing the blizzard cups out. I asked which is this and she's just like you got 3 minis and a small didn't you. Meanwhile she's literally talking crap to the other dude about us while we've done nothing for her piss poor attitude. And on her cell the whole time. The last blizzard she handed wasn't the right size nor flavor and I was trying to clarify, but she just kept on with the other dude inside like they got 3 minis and a small didn't they, hahahaha. Meanwhile you've been rude, we're given attitude for no reason, and ultimately left with a wrong order because we didn't want to deal with them any longer. Trash management and service, and it was unbelievable. We will not be returning to this location until that's handled. It used to be much better. But whoever is working your nights on 10/12/24 is losing you business!

It was the most rude customer service I've ever experienced at any place of business. 12Oct24 at 2144.. BOTH people working were terrible AND rude. Like, if you are that miserable at a workplace, do us all a favor and quit. Nobody needs your attitude over some damn ice cream. No adult serving ICE CREAM should have an attitude like that. We will not be coming back to this location. After all the huffing and puffing from the 2 employees, they STILL got our order wrong. Proceeded to say 3 minis and one small, and they handed us 2 minis and 2 smalls, while the 1 small was the wrong icecream.
Didnt bother to go in and get it fixed, because they probably still would have gotten it wrong. If this is the type of people employed at this establishment, I can't wait to see what takes its place!

The web page for this location says it is open until 10:00 p.m. from Sunday through Thursday. But employees have the window and doors closed by 8:40. Does the owner know what is going on here?
You have got to be kidding me!!! I can deal with the increase in prices. I can deal with the shrink-flation. What I can't deal with is those two things together combined with a burger that was microwaved in it's entirety. The meat, the bread and the vegetables were all piping hot!! Since when have you ever eaten a hamburger where the tomato is so hot that it burns your tongue?? It was pre-made before I ordered it, then the entire burger was placed into a microwave for what seems like was about 2 minutes. You know how sometimes when you visit a burger place and it's well after lunch and the food seems like it has been sitting out since noon? This was not the case. I was on my noon-time lunch break and that is what I got. It was so ugly, hot and tasteless that I couldn't even finish it. I paid close to $11 for that crap. They may as well have put a mask on and robbed me for $11. This seems to be the case at a lot of the franchises in this area because I have had similar experiences at Dennys, Sonic, Smoothie King, and that gawd aweful Pizza Hut down by Lake Olympia. I will never eat at this DQ ever again!! My first lunch idea was to go to Whataburger. Will do that next time as they seem to be the only fast food place in the area that serve good food. This was a horrible experience and the owner of this franchise should really be ashamed and get out of the business. This is NOT how you do it. I'm going to see if I can't get a food inspector to visit this place.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! It was before 8pm on a Saturday night and all doors were locked and employees were inside just looking ar us. This place needs shut down. Been here several times and gets worse each time.

The ice cream tasted sour and fizzy. Tried to call the location. The phone number does not work. Tried to call corporate of course that was a long wait time. Finally decided to drive up to the restaurant to get a refund on the four blizzards that I got because they were disgusting. They were very accommodating. The people working there have good customer service. The restaurant has hand written notes all over the place of notices such as “not participating in…” or “make sure you are on the right app…”. Those handwritten notes scream bad owner/franchise.

Went to order a graduation cake for my son....not able to do any type of decorations or anything. This is the product, my 4 yr old grandson could have done a better job.Thanks DQ for the standard and repetitive response given to anyone and everyone who writes a bad review. You should try actually caring and doing something about the issues instead of hoping we try you again.

We ordered an ice cream cake for a high school graduation. This is what we received. If they are giving these cakes then they shouldn't be decorating cakes. So very disappointed.
