Tried to order breakfast at this location this morning and had a terrible experience. Not only was the French toast dry and false advertised, but when I asked to substitute what looked like just like toasted bread, the Mananger Jessica refused to do so and said she would have to charge. I requested a refund and left without eating breakfast. This store just lost future business from me.

Whoever is managing this place needs to get it together with the cooks. Went for breakfast, placed our orders, and was stuck there for about 90 minutes due to food taking so long. They weren't extremely busy so the wait was unacceptable, 3/4 meals were cold as well. The waitress was apologetic for the slow kitchen. Just skip this place and go to McDonald's next door sheesh.
