Service and quality has went down. Waited 20 min on the call just to get an update on order. Only to find out that it will be another 40 min.
Update: call 1 hour later still saying they have not started the order yet. When I place the order online, it show delivery in 25 mins .... Its been 2 hr

Unfortunately I’m disappointed I ordered 30-40 mins ago and my wings felt soggy and like they weren’t fully cocked I called the restaurant spoke to the manager and he was rude and sassy told me to bring the wings back it’s cold and raining outside I have a one year old that’s sick I ordered for delivery for a reason. dominos please do better with customer service and cooking y’all’s food!! There’s a pictures of the 8 wings!

I tried to place an order over the phone and they kept me for 30min listening to the automatic message until I gave up and decided to drive and place the order in person. When I arrived at the place there was nobody in the line, but it took 10min for the guys to take my order. The 3 employees were visibly upset and frustrated... After I placed my order they told me it was going to take 45min to prepare. I gave up and went home.

Busy location. Need more help good food fast service excellent pizza. I don't like that when something is advertised online to me that I can't go in and get the special sometimes whenever I try to order it online it won't give me the special and I have to call then when I try and call to get the special, they say I can't get it unless I order it online. Not cool! Missouri City on highway 6 and Glenn lakes
We've used this place various times and it's pretty good and it hasn't disappointed us. The guys are nice and we've even had a problem or two and the guys worked through them with us nicely enough. When they give you 50% off any pizza that's a pretty good deal! And the Extravaganzzza pizza packs some respectable calories per bite LOL. Pizza Hut has slowly eroded their quality over 30 years until they hit a certain nadir and we hopped over here.
All of that checks out, so why the 1 star? Because every time I've been there there's a guy with a giant afro working the line and he never has on hair protection and he is therefore guaranteed to get hair in the food and that is a pet peeve.

I called 7 times to get someone on the phone all day and no luck. My pizzas was not delivered to my room door. They had it down the hall way and no one knocked on my door to deliver it. It wasn't until 1:30am before I got my pizza and was at another door on the floor cold. I tried calling dominons back and waited for long wait times and never was able to get anyone on the phone. I'm highly disappointed and definitely need this issue resolved immediately.

Ok pizza, the thin crust was floury and didn’t taste good. The jalapeños were mild. The regular crust wasn’t bad.
