He doesn't use gloves when preparing pizza, and his manner is very annoying and his service is poor.

Order said delivery was 9.30pm..They have changed it to 10.22pm..Totally disappointed of waiting another hour. Also call the store/she was very rude..Never again for us..

This domino’s sucks! Save yourself the headache my order sshowed being prepped for over an hour, I decided to call and was on hold for 40 minutes just for them to answer and say give me a sec and put me back on hold. Estimated time for my order was 25-45 minutes it took more like 2 hours. I sent my girlfriend to go pick up the food as soon as she gets there the order happened to say it was on the way. What’s the point of having delivery? At least give realistic time frames not to mention my order was wrong!! Wait time is way too long service sucks. Management needs to step up!

I frequent here because of the deals and coupons that are offered that said so does all of sienna. There's a 50/50 chance that everytime you order something will go right or not. They often have people sitting in their cars waiting for their order or lining the walls of the restaurant itself. I find myself the former as I typically order on the way home from work knowing theres going to be a wait because of the aforementioned popularity of the restaurant. That being said tonight was no exception i ordered at 6pm arrived at the establishment at 630 got my food right before 645. The issue was the food came out in two trips I got the first part of my single order and had to stop the guy and inform him of the missing items no biggie they were just coming off of a rush. I understand. Unfortunately the biggest issue that I find hard to believe in this day and age of mandatory food safety training was the hair in our marble cookie brownies.

This location is just complete trash. The tracker says my order should be ready in 11 to 21 minutes so I show up about 25 minutes later and they have not even begun the initial preparation of a single pizza. It takes them a full hour to make two pizzas and that's picking up I don't even want to know how long delivery would take. This is the third time in a row this has happened.

Never coming back here again three strikes I've given enough chances.

This place sucks, the food sucks, the manager sucks. Paid for delivery, what’s the point of tipping an establishment that can’t honor an order. Items paid for were not delivered, nor taken care of by management after calling a second time about the issue. Cinnamon bites came with no icing, pizza was cold and gross, and drink never made it. Totally ruined dinner.

Get you Pizza quick, fast, and in a hurry

This has got to be by far the worst location when it comes to accuracy of time. I have ordered from here on three separate occasions, each time worse than the last. He estimated time has always been off by at least 15 to 20 minutes. The first time I went it was really busy so I understood the second and third time however I questioned why it took so long for a pizza. I ordered 25 minutes ahead of time, and my order was still being prepped. If you are the owner of this location, I suggest you get people that actually want to work or hire more staff. If this is what I experienced on three different occasions, I can only assume what others have experienced. Drive a bit further cause you’ll waste your time waiting at this location FOREVER!

Mariela the manager is very rude, she has no understanding at all, she is very disrespectful and has horrible customer service, she needs to be replaced as a manager. The staff does not take orders correctly and they try and over charge you for their mistakes. Mariela shows very poor leadership as a manager.

Never met such an idiotic and incompetent group of people at a food chain in my life. Ordered through DoorDash and the delivery driver can’t comprehend numbers delivered to the wrong apartment, called and let them know and they remade it and delivered again and guess what? The next driver delivered it to an entirely different apartment complex. I called again and let them I didn’t get it and the driver said he would even call me and didn’t. They realized they delivered to the wrong apartment once again and said they would remake it for the third time and I STILL did not receive the food. You would think they would actually hand it to me instead of leaving it at a doorstop like idiots but no! I’m a very detailed person and have never had this happen when ordering food. Never ordering from them again. Now I have to contact my bank for a refund which is very annoying and time consuming!

I ordered online from home easy no problem. I waited about five minutes before I left my house and then drove to the store. I was immediately greeted with my order with a friendly face came home and the food was amazing. Great service.
