Domino's Pizza

Fast, friendly, and attentive. They were backed up last night, and carry out was running over 30 minutes. They got the pizza done in exactly 30 minutes.

This location ran a great operation during a rush. Everything was still clean and well stocked, even though the staff was in a hurry to get everyone's order made. Great management!

I called back up to the store. Talk to a manager because I just ordered pizza and it's missing ingredients in what I've what I asked for young guy gets on the phone I said let me ask me with the manager on duty. He comes back on the phone and says oh. The managers are streaming the business right now but he'll be right with you. 2 seconds later he gets back on the phone and said he's real busy. He asked me to ask you what is your concerns at this point? My concern is that I don't have to shop there anymore. Their other pizza places that I can order from. I just can't believe the service we get now

This is the second time my family's order was canceled. First, I got a call saying the order would be delivered late. Then, the new delivery time came and went. I called in and was told the order was not in the system. Why/how did I get a call about a new delivery time. Be honest and let customers know it cannot be delivered or you can't fulfill the order, something! Now coworkers are telling me this business is very shady, not dependable. Last order from my family.

I placed an order at 8:30 and received a missed call from the store shortly after, but no voicemail was left. I called back around 8:55, and they told me they were backed up but preparing my order. Then, at 9:20, I received an email saying my order was canceled.

When my husband called to find out what happened, they claimed they had tried to reach me about being out of pans and canceled the order when they didn’t hear back. But I did call back and spoke to someone.

This is my second bad experience with this location, and I won’t be ordering from them again.

Have to go to other location from now on.

There was a rubber band cooked on top of our pizza last night along with the pizza being very overlooked and not enjoyable at all. We haven't ordered from Dominoes since October 2024 and remembered why it's been so long. Will no longer be ordering from Dominoes.

Every once in awhile you find someone that goes above and beyond to help you out, Kelvin is one of those guys! In order had gone over and he definitely came in clutch to help. My go to Domino's in the area, doesn't let me down ever!

I ordered two pizzas and 2 cups of sauce online. They did not give the sauce when my child went to pick up. So he had to go again asking for sauce.

I was totally disgusted with part of my order this is why I gave it a 3 and not a 1.
The 2 pizzas were fine, along with those breaded knots, but the 16 piece buffalo wings WERE DISGUSTING. For one, they were not cooked all the way through, Secondly the sauce was not evenly distributed on the wings. Looks like they just scattered some sauce and thru them in the box.
I would have taken them back up to the store if I had transportation at the time.
I tried calling the store to complain but keep being placed on hold and no one ever came back to the phone.
I will NOT EVER patronize this location again.
I was forewarned by my neighbors not to get food from there but I didn't listen.

Absolutely terrible service.
The tracker said 9-14 minutes. Come to pick up the pizza and it’s 40 minute wait time.
This happened twice now. Won’t be buying again.

The food is generally fine from this Domino’s but the wait time for deliveries has gotten outrageous! When I placed my order it said 35-44 minutes to receive. I expected it may take a bit longer but it’s now been an hour and counting and my food hasn’t even been put in the oven. I had to call 4 times just to get an answer because they kept picking up the phone and hanging up on me without saying anything and the person that finally answered was not even apologetic about the wait and said I’ll be waiting an ADDITIONAL 30 mins to an hour to get my food! I love Dominos but sadly this is becoming the norm.
