I can't believe how consistently disappointing this location of Dunkin' Donuts has become. Every single time I go, my food is burned — I mean, how hard is it to make a simple breakfast sandwich without turning it into charcoal? And don’t even get me started on their drinks. They NEVER have matcha, despite claiming they do. Plus, the strawberry dragonfruit refresher is ALWAYS out of stock. It’s like they don’t even care about customer satisfaction. Honestly, I’ve given this place too many chances, and I’m done. Terrible service, terrible food, and never the drinks I want. Avoid at all costs.

Order at the hwy 6 location. I got the $6 Dunking meal and i was literally flabbergasted on the taste of the food. It tasted burned, the 5 hash browns were soggy even though she had us pull up to the side because they had to make it fresh and yet the food was cold. Everything had a weird aftertaste as of it was old and sitting. Coffee was the only thing that was decent and I had to add Splenda to sweeten a little more. Outside of the coffee the food is trash. Also the Indian worker had an attitude, I’m sure why, maybe it was the morning time and she was tired.

Ordered through the app. Arrived there and it took 50 minutes to get to the window for my order. Sadly got trapped in by cars so had to wait it out when only 4 cars were in the drive thru the whole time. Seems to be the case from other reviews. Can't recommend enough to avoid this location. I ordered 5 donuts and a apple fritter, they were missing 3 and do not sell fritters.

The Manager was in drive thru and was on her personal cell phone the whole time, didn’t speak a word to me and then gave me a coffee with no coffee in it, only sugar can creamer. Would not recommend to anyone

Service was horrible. Nobody was in line made me pull into a parking spot for a simple iced coffee. Both workers I dealt with had a horrible attitude. Go somewhere else
Waited 30 minutes after submitting a mobile order and going through the drive-thru. They were out of donuts and when I asked them to remake my frozen drink because it was melted, the look of disgust was all over her face. I assume the drink sat from the time I placed my order at 1222 until 1251 when I finally went in to check on my order. I understand they were busy but I was still a paying customer who just wanted what I paid for. The manager eventually refunded me SOME money, but not all so I called corporate. Waiting to hear back from them.

Went to Dunkin Donuts today and walked out without ordering. The two women working there completely ignored everyone in the lobby. One was trying to make orders for the drive through and the other one was making drinks for herself, then standing behind the counter and drinking them while ignoring everyone. Absolutely ridiculous.

Went tonight at 7, they didn’t have hot chocolate or iced tea… it was a chilly night 2 hours before closing. This is not the only time they were out of a popular item. Another time we went around noon time and they were completely out of donuts. I will not be returning to this location. They only get the order right half of the time and I have had trouble paying with cash (a 20$ bill) they wouldn’t take cash saying they had no change. Do better!

They don’t have any Old-Fashioned Donuts it seems 😶 It’s the only donut I eat from Dunkin’ and they don’t have their MOST BASIC donut on the menu or ready for customers to order.. Sad..
