We walked into this Dunkin’ around 7:14 PM,11/20/2025 , planning to buy some donuts, but what we saw honestly shocked us. As soon as we looked at the display, we noticed a lot of flies literally landing on the donuts. Not just one or two — many. It was very noticeable and extremely concerning, especially for a food establishment.

We were excited to grab some snacks, but after seeing the condition of the display, we immediately lost our appetite. It felt like the donuts had been sitting there without proper protection, and it made us question the overall cleanliness and food safety of the store. We didn’t expect this from a brand like Dunkin’.

What made it worse is that none of the staff seemed to notice or do anything about it. It should be standard practice to cover food properly and ensure the display is clean, especially when customers can clearly see the issue.

We didn’t end up buying anything because it just didn’t feel safe. I hope management takes this seriously — clean the displays, cover the food properly, and maintain better hygiene. Customers should never have to see flies crawling on what they’re supposed to eat.

Very disappointed, and I hope this gets addressed immediately for the safety of everyone who comes in.

First I would like to mention that this is what the MANAGER said was an appropriate large drink at this location. They are blatantly robbing customers while providing terrible service.

I have stopped by early in the mornings at this location on hwy 6 a few times now on my way to work, and the service has been wonderful when the young blonde trans person has taken my order and was very friendly at the window when ordering an iced coffee in the drive thru, so I had a pleasant experience until yesterday around 6 am, when there was a young man working who took 6 minutes to take my order, and the only car there had already left the drive thru, so after he finally took my order and I drove up to the window, his demeanor was very poor, he acted as if he was in pain or extremely stressed, and bothered, after I paid and he handed me the iced coffee, I said thank you but he just closed the window and walked off, I was going to ask for a napkin but it was pointless. He seemed to be the only employee working that early but I felt if he had some sort of problem, then he shouldn’t be there if he was going to treat customers poorly.

I went yesterday to get my very first pumpkin spice latte with my aunt and cousin
When it finally came it tasted horrible like the milk was bad.
I told the cashier something was off with our drinks as if the milk was bad ,she gave me an attitude saying nothing is wrong with the milk
I told her to please remake it she hesitated then said yes. We waited about 10 extra minutes just to realize no one was making our drinks and she had left and went to the back
Eventually I spoke to a guy and was issued a refund which I have not seen in my account yet. We all left without any coffee and super disappointed. This used to be my go to spot for over 3 years now but I am definitely not going back.
