I mean dunkin is dunkin but this store service isn't that great. Their systems don't allow to edit the orders. In my case if I don't want sausage or want it on the side their staff will make it a big deal and say things of this natures are impossible lol not sure if it's that difficult.

I was extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with the new breakfast empanada ($3.99). Didn’t get to the filling until my 3rd bite. It was not because the filling was all at the bottom. Not flaky

This location is in a busy area. There is a lot of foot traffic in and out of the store. The staff seem to be confused most of the time. The manager has a difficult time keeping up with the rush of orders while ignoring his staff and customers. The staff is not usually helpful when comes to ordering items. I will say go somewhere else. This place has some catching up to do. LITERALLY!!!!!!Parking: The parking lot is continuously busy and packed.

DD NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!!I witnessed a worker open a bag of coffee beans using his teeth ? well turns out he's a damn MANAGER!! So I wanted a refund and he didn't even know how to do that, another worker had to basically do it for him. And when I rudly suggested they invest in scissors, he said they have them, and I told him to use them and he's gross. On top of that the many workers there were just concerned about the to go, drive up, and drive thru orders basically ignoring the counter customers. I had to get someone's attention to even pay any mind to the counter at all.

Asked for an ice helzenut coffee , gave me just plain black coffee with ice , asked them to fix it and the lady started saying that everyone has different taste, asked them for a refund and she said she couldn’t, dont recomend this

Dunks is usually a calm place. This one needs an overhaul on their management team to begin with. There were about five people behind the counter while I was in line, some made eye contact with me but kept walking back and fourth. I had no clue who was doing what, so I just waited and waited until one of them finally took my order. When my order was up, I heard them call the order but it was confusing as they sat my order in the "Mobil order tray." Is this mine or someone who Mobil ordered via app? That's confusing. While seated a woman who came in was ranting and raving about this being her third order wrong. Granted she was yelling, the gentleman she first spoke with yelled back with her that her order was correct, disregarding what she was yelling about. So now we have two people yelling while others are eating. The manager stepped in and was just as unhelpful! I was shocked. He repeated kept saying "We can't correct your order without a receipt. You need to get your receipt." She repeated over and over that she had come through the drive through minutes ago and wasn't given a receipt. He seemed to just disregard her. It was a very unpleasant scene overall. This manager needs training on how to neutralize a yelling situation like this. It made for an overall unpleasant experience.
