I just order a chocolate chip double doozie on DoorDash and the cookies are literally hard as rocks. My dasher was amazing but the cookies are hard and they taste stale. On top of that they’re paper thin. I’ve gotten this same order at multiple locations (including this one) and the cookies have never been like this. I’m really disappointed.

This location has gone downhill. Ordered a cookie cake for my son’s birthday and 1. I had to ask them to write my order down bc they were not keeping track of anything we were speaking of. 2. When I arrived at my pick up time (30 mins before the party) they said it hasn’t even been made yet. She asked me to come back in 30 min and I told her I could not. 3. I spoke with the guy, who was there when I placed my order, and asked why I was not contacted and all he could say was “sorry she’ll make it right now” 4. The lady kept asking me questions about my cake and I asked her if she even had the order form that was completed. She shuffled through the papers and found it but was extremely unfamiliar with it/ had not looked at any orders to prepare.
The cake lady rushed to make it and I had to call someone else to pick it up so I could set up for the party. No refund/discount offered. Just sorry and utter lack of respect for other people’s time. I will NEVER order from this location again.

I had them make me a cake for my sister’s 30th birthday. It was great. They did forget to put on the balloons that I requested, but upon checking it, modified it for me. Would recommend 🍪🍦

I stopped by the Missouri City location on January 26th to place an order for a cookie cake for my birthday. I asked them to have the cookie cake ready by 4:00 p.m. on January 31st and when I arrived at 5:30 on the 31st, my cake was not made. I was told that my order got lost even though she wrote the order down in front of me and I signed it. The store could not make my cake while I waited so I settled for 4 slices of cookie cake. When I got home to celebrate the cookie slices were stale and tasted like they had been sitting out for day or two. I was so disappointed that this location ruined by birthday cake. I will no longer be a customer! Be careful when ordering a cake from this location.

Don't get the cookie cake, their cookie is mediocre but the icing just doesn't belong. We scraped the icing off to make the cookie edible.

Maria is the rudest worker. Everytime I walk in she never greets . She rolls her eyes and sighs. She is rude and keeps my change without permission. She spits in the ice cream and my daughter who is 3 found a nail chip in her cookie cake she was in charge of!

I always love to come to this marble slab because of their service and quality of ice cream. I always order chocolate to the extreme and they are exactly what I order. JD(John) new employee is amazing. Great service. Will definitely visit again soon. Love this place.
Placed a order Via Uber eats right before closing . I called the location to verify my order and to make sure my order will be delivered. The person that answered was very happy to help me ! Very nice and took his time to confirm my full order ! Thanks to him I’ll definitely order from here again and recommend!

I purchased an ice cream to go, and I was not notified that it was going to be put in a very large container. When I got home to open the container my ice cream was not even sealed correctly, and it was spilled all on the inside of the container.

Went Oct 26. Arrived early ( wanted fresh cookies) and waited until they opened. Ordered domino cookies. They was old, hard and left from the day before. On website and bag both say baked fresh daily. I know because I waited on them to unlock the door. First customer of the day and I order alot. How can they not be fresh as soon as they open?? Normally don't have this problem. They need to not let this happen again and throw away the old ones when they close.
