Thanks DQ for getting me to accept this 85% burnt crisp fish sandwich 10 minutes ago...You should fire the person who passed this off, if it wasn't a to go order they would have never tried it... And it's not like you didn't see it , it was in front of you when you slopped a few things on... restaurant wasn't busy so you can't use that as an excuse... must just be you don't care anymore.... lost a customer

this dairy queen does not follow their instructions when preparing blizzards. They always want to charge extra for the topping that should come with it. example: the snicker blizzard comes with snicker pieces and chocolate syrup, but for them is extra for chocolate syrup. any other dairy queen I've been to, they do it how their HQ implemented. also, their food is not great for some reason it always looks and taste old....

This place don't even try to ensure that you will like your food. I ordered a burger and it was cold, the cheese was cold and the burger was just put together. The meat was previously cook and not fresh. Stay away from this place.

Have gone to this location 3 times 30 minutes before they close and they are not serving anymore. Change the operating times, instead of wasting peoples time.

If i can review a 0 i would i will never ever feed this to myself or anyone in my family. To be served MOLDY BREAD and be contaminated and even serving it to customers its not pleasant. Please stay away from this place at all cost doors are even locked at all times. Yes I understand its fast food but this is not acceptable at any place.

This is for the DQ On Hwy 90 in Stafford. They are not on yelp. Expected better since a new location. Chicken strips good but overcharged ($4.99 special). Then gave me med drink without asking what size and I was not paying attention when ordering. Went to get $$ back for overcharge and guy was annoyed. Thought this DQ was the new versions which have friendly employees and a bigger new style interior.

Just picked up a steak finger basket and a chicken strip basket from this dq. Very cold stale French fries. Had to throw away!!!

This Dairy Queen is one the best fast food restaurants I have ever visited. I was very hesitant to take my time to come to the restaurant because of the reviews, however the friendliness of the staff and the tastiness of the food proved all the reviews to be false! I can promise you this is a very exceptional and well-rounded fast food places. I will definitely be returning to get some more tasty food!!

Went thru the drive thru, order 2 small blizzards. First they charge for the order behind me, they brought my stuff was not close right, spilling on my truck. Went around and parked ask for my money back the so called manager ask for a receipt well the idiots didn't give me one. After doing the math for his a** he gave me my money never apologize. All this took 20 minutes in this nasty place.

If you live in the missouri city area, DO NOT..... I REPEAT ...... DO NOT SHOP AT DAIRY QUEEN LOCATED ON FM 2234 NEARHUNTERS GLEN NEIGHBORHOOD. I bought this burger along with some more food at 5pm. When I got home my mom was eating the burger and bit down onto what we now know is 2 used nasty napkins... The white substance you see are the napkins that were balled up and wedged into the sandwich and has the mustard on it. I called the store, and no one answered. I waited and called again all over a span of 20 minutes. So, being majorly inconvenienced, I got back in my car and went to dairy queen and asked to speak with a manager. He comes out, i tell him what the issue is and he denies that this could even happen. I told him it didnt have to turn into this but I called several times and no one answers but now that I am majorly inconvenienced, I want my money back. I also proceeded to tell him that I certainly have way better things to do than to drive up here after a full day of work to complain about some trash in my burger if it wasnt true. I asked for all of my money back because 1. You dont even answer the phone when customers call..2. Im certainly inconvenienced 2 ways.. not able to finish my food and have to stop my evening plans to come BACK UP HERE and ask for a refund and 3. Everyone did not get to eat their full meals. At first , he said he would ONLY give me money for THE BURGER .... well i didnt buy just A BURGER... You would at least afford me the Burger MEAL that included this burger , And let me deal with corporate for all else.....BUTTTTTTTTTT HE claims when he called corporate they told HIM NOT TO GIVE ME ANY MONEY BACK... so, I asked for my nasty napkin burger back...THEN!!!!!!!! HE TOOK MY NASTY BURGER AND TRASHED IT, WINKED HIS EYE, SMILED AND TOLD MEEEEE....What burger? I DONT KNOW WHAT YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT? !?!?!?! OHHHHHHHHH YOU DONT? Now yall...its 21 dollars right? But its MY DAMN HARD EARNED 21 DOLLARS and now you wanna play games? No not Dena Maries La'Shay Nicole no baby... so yes... I DID IT.. I CALLED THE POLICE.....YEP..
