Chicken is delicious always hot and fresh. Never had a complaint about the food. HOWEVER the wait at the drive thru is UNBEARABLE. Management should step in and really talk to them about this. Even 3 cars in the drive way won’t be worth the wait of the food. Currently typing this as I have been in the driveway with two cars ahead of me for TEN MINUTES NOW. DO BETTER
The Only thing I would consider to be negative is that their AC unit was broken ? The food was great and the service was great, it seems that the broken air didn't affect the service we were given, and I definitely anticipate on the next visit the AC will be working properly, and the Only other Hartz that I've visited is on Fondren at Beechnut St. going towards 59/69 SW freeway.. Great Day!!!

The service was not good only one lady working the drive thru and taking orders no English when it comes to service I had to wait on my too long and my order wasn't correct they working the older women too hard the other two workers was just there to drop chicken and had no customer service what so ever
