If I'm honest my family and I came here this weekend and watched people leave unhappy we were skeptical about eating here on night shift. Management was all over the place and moving to God knows where but a table. two gentlemen refused their food I recommended a diner to them down the road I might of been out of place but the situation your late night staff put them in was out of place and uncalled for. I can say yes from the reviews you guys need to fix your night crew like down the street the GM fired everyone and hired a whole new staff poor performance equal zero impact and I strongly believe change is definitely needed if you want to see your establishment grow.

Very clean and modern. The food was great and the service was good. The kitchen was off though. Our daughters plate arrived over 5 minutes after my wife and I. This is hard to deal with when you have a hungry 2 year old. We gave her food off of our plates until her plate arrived but she was already full. We will probably give them another shot at some point. Edit: we tried to go her for my nieces birthday and they turned us away. An empty restaurant couldn't handle 20 people? Do yourself a favor and go to the one on 59.

I have ordered from this IHop multiple times and every time, I don't get what I ordered. I order the omelet with pancakes and for some reason I can't get the entire order. They will either forget the pancakes or the omelet. The guy who answered the phone told me to come and pick it up after i ordered a delivery. The manager was nice enough to bring it himself so i was willing to try them again. This time, I ordered blueberry pancakes and guess what, no blueberries. This is ridiculous!

We tried going to this IHOP for my daughter's birthday dinner. She REALLY wanted pancakes. The restaurant was virtually empty. We were turned away because our group was too large. She said we should have called the day prior for a large group. We called the next closest IHOP on 59 at Sweetwater to see if they could accommodate a large group. They said come on down!

This so ridiculous. For the kitchen group too. IHOP NEED TO DO SOMETHING AND FIX. ALL SERVICES AND. PEOPLE THEY HIRE 😡

The food was fine but the service was terrible. We spent an hour waiting for our food and we didn’t get all of it at once, orders came 20 minutes apart. The servers were slow to help and were spilling water all over the table. Over all very disappointed with my experience here.

My mother and I had a really horrible experience at the Ihop in Sienna! We were seated at a table where the AC vent dripped water on the table. Then we were moved to another session which was okay. When they brought the food it was cold and my grits were so dry you couldn't stir it with a fork or a spoon. The server Dorian wasn't a bad person at all. What is truly sad is the manager watch the whole thing unfold, even made eye contact with me and never came over to the table to see what was going on or even offer an apology for the food not even being warm. He rolled his eyes when the server had him to take off both plates on the receipt. Needless to say we paid for the coffee my mother drunk and that was it because we never ate the food. I definitely will not be coming back to this location. I really wish I recorded the whole thing because it was truly unbelievable.
