I've been to this place three times and this has been the worst experience for my family and I. We waited thirty minutes to get our drinks and almost an hour and a half to get our food. My sister ordered the French toast but the waiter gave her pancakes. In the end we still had to pay the full price even though we waited a long time for our food instead of a discount.
I wanted to bring my family here because I had a nice experience but after this I do not wish to come back here or recommend this place to anyone.

This is one of the most disappointing IHOPs I’ve visited. The first time I went, they took an unusually long time to bring our food, and there were only about 10 customers inside. Additionally, they got my order incorrect, but the manager came out and fixed it. I thought ok, I give them another chance. Unfortunately, last night (on a Thursday) was even worse. After my daughter’s graduation, I called to inquire about wait times. The man who picked up the phone laughed and said there wasn’t a wait, so I chuckled and asked why he was laughing. He then explained that there wasn’t a wait at IHOP at 10 PM that night. I mentioned that I was just confirming because there had been a graduation. We arrived and no one welcomed us. There was a bell at the counter, so I rang it, and a gentleman emerged, saying he would seat us shortly. There were eight people inside, with four of them dining. One customer returned, frustrated because his order was incorrect, and he rang the bell. A lady came out and brought him the corrected order, saying someone would be with us soon. After waiting for too long, 20 minutes, we decided to leave. We ended up at Whataburger, where two of the people who had been seated there showed up, claiming they'd waited a long time for their food, and when it finally arrived, it was wrong. 😑SERIOUSLY!!!

I visited last night and showed up at 9:50, there was no one available nobody greeted me I will hear about 10 minutes and then I went to the back to ask the cashier and they did not want to order a special but they did not want to honor it because by the time they got to me it was 10:02. The manager Momo is an idiot this location need some help
