I ordered tacos and fries the wait time was 12 minutes i didn't think it was a problem until i get my food and it was cold. For a 12 minute wait you'd think your food would be hot and fresh instead it felt like it was there sitting out for those 12 minutes. It wasn't budy either not a single soul in it. Bad service.

I've gone to two Jack in the Box restaurants in my area and both have been the worst I have ever had. I got the ultimate cheese burger the patties were not as thick as before. It tasted like they were microwaved . The tacos were not as good. You know when your burger has been microwaved when the cheese is running instead of slowly melting, the bun slides off the meat . The tacos are greasy. It was a waste of money and time. Jack n box has lost its taste and quality. In my book.
