The menu changed on the Açaí Primo bowl. Coconut was removed from the bowl, however they always put coconut on the bowl still. Even when I say no coconut. Happens every single time. Please educate staff.

Came here after leaving the gym to get a post workout smoothie. Decided to choose them over their competitor (which is less than a mile away) and I should have chosen the other. There were two employees working and both had bad attitudes. The young lady was the worse. The young man tried to at least engage (but very minimal) in some conversation but the young lady looked annoyed that my fiancé and I were even in there and would barely make eye contact. Good smoothie but horrible service.

Terrible service. When I walked in there was no one behind the counter. Waited 8 minutes before "Maci G" came out. during that time, another customer shouted "hello!!" trying to get someone's attention. Maci did not greet me, did not ask me what I wanted, had a scowl on her face, and begrudgingly took my order. Another employee came in from outside to make my drink looking just as gloomy as the first. The drink was good but the service.... horrible. Will NOT be back.

The girl that works in the front had an attitude and rude face and no customer service. I walked in she said be right with you then when she turned around just looked at me and didn't say anything and then i said i had an order for pickup and she acted like she didn't hear me. Then turns around and asks how can i help you and i repeated myself and she just grabbed my stuff and didn't say a word. Don't know what chip was on her shoulder but seemed like she had a lot of animosity and taking it out on customers. Get staff who actually have good customer service bc this is the type of thing that makes someone not want to come back and can ruin someone else's day or mood.

Went here after a morning jog and got a delicious protein smoothie. The establishment was nice and clean with lots of space and natural light. I don’t go to Jamba Juice a lot but will probably start visiting this one more often.

Ordered a smoothie bowl and they put so much granola it felt like I was eating cereal. The smoothie was also very liquidity like juice consistency.

Service was disgusting. Came here to order for 5 people but i left since your slumpy employees dont have the right type of energy and so you get $0 business. Best feeling ever.

Came today on a Sunday afternoon and there was only one other customer in the store. The cashier offered no greeting, but took our order with no delay. While inquiring about the menu she uses her fingers to twist her long fake hair. Aren't you in food service? Why are touching your hair before you make my drink? Then another employee comes to the front to make something, sneezes and touches her face!! Doesn't bother to stop and wash her hands. Oh, no, that's too much like the right thing to do. She just keeps mixing and fixing right along. Against my advice, my husband stayed and ordered drinks for my kids. There was no sort of thank you or have a nice day. What a waste of a nice business in Missouri City. Why do so many businesses hire these worthless employees?
