The flow and service needs improvement. They assemble the sandwiches at a snails pace. My boyfriend and I ordered at the same time he got a Philly so obviously it’s going to take a little longer to cook, we waited 40 minutes while other people got their sandwiches. The cook wrapped up his sandwich and just left it on the side. I get it’s busy and it’s lunchtime but there has to be a better work flow than what they are doing. It’s too discombobulated. Not coming back to this location.

Sandwiches are always so good and staff always friendly, but they move so slow! One person is slicing the meat, another is making sandwiches for internet orders and in person orders and the last person rings up the orders. They need 2 people making Sandwich and the line would move much faster!

Jersey Mike's has the best sandwiches in town, I have been coming to this location for the last 4 years! Carolina has always been my go to..she is professional and greets me with a smile. Great sandwich and great service. People need to stop comparing Jersey Mike's to Subway. The other guys are garbage. Jersey Mike's is way above every other sandwich manufacturer. The other people wish they could be as good in their dreams. I never go anywhere else after my first Jersey Mike's experience. In love at first bite.

"IF YOUR IN FOR A SANDWICH SUB”Gotta try Jersey Mike’s Subs. They have many good healthy subs to choose from. Meat, steak, tuna, turkey, ham roast, etc. a little on the pricey side but sure to hit the spot. Friendly staff! Clean tables. I’ll sure be returning in the near future. Highly recommend if you haven’t tried yet. I got the tuna fish sub. Ill be trying the steak sandwich next.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access

The food is good, but they've got some weird customer service. They chose not to keep the mobile orders in the mobile order area, and instead kept them on the back line, all while ignoring the people waiting for them (even though the orders were ready) and making awkward eye contact and pretending to work (miming wiping an already clean counter, pacing back and forth, all while unbreaking eye contact). Absolutely bizarre behavior and waste of everyone's time.Hint for workers: if a line starts forming around the mobile pickup area, that means they're ready to pick up the ready food.
If you want good service and nice people do not come here. They laughed and made fun of me for getting a sandwich with no cheese (I'm allergic), told me what a "mike"(or something) was so fast I had no idea what they said and then literally threw my sandwiches in the bag that already had chips in it.This was a one and done for me.I'll just keep going to Firehouse subs.P.s. it's $17 for a large freaking sandwich just to get bad service ? ?️

The employees presented me with a very racist atmosphere. The item I was picking up was on the counter in view. They refused to simply put the order in the bag. I asked could the order please be handed to me after 2 others customers order was prepared. To add injury to insult, after I left the employees pulled my dash order and gave false accusations of the incounter. I also experienced the same attitude and treatment at one of the food chain locations in Pensacola, FL.
