This location apparently doesn't own a knife because wherever I ask for the sandwich to be cut in half they never do. This only happens at this location.

Multiple times I've asked for something as simple as getting my sandwich cut in half and they assured me at pick up even that it was cut. This has happened many times and seems to be only this location. Also they apparently were out of lettuce wraps and the credit card machine was down. This location flat out sucks and I will go somewhere else when in this area.

Very clean store and the staff was great. I haven't had JJ since 2019 after moving to the RGV. These are not the sandwiches I remember and I will not be going back.
In response to the owner: Thank you for the response. I want to clarify that my review wasn’t about this specific location’s service or cleanliness—both were excellent. My feedback was more about how the sandwiches have changed compared to what I remember from years ago. They used to be larger and more generously filled. I suspect these changes are due to corporate-wide standardization or adjustments related to inflation and cost control, rather than anything unique to this store. I appreciate the team's effort, but unfortunately, the product no longer matches the JJ I remember.

Went thru drive thru and requested 3 sandwiches. 1 bootlegger club and 2 Country Club on wheat. They ran out of wheat , only had 2 slices for 1 sandwich. I took what they had. Came home, got 2 Hunter’s Club sandwiches instead of Country Club and none of my sandwiches were cut in half as I had specifically requested. I called the store and asked to speak with the manager and was told there was no manager on duty so I talked to someone by the name of Anna. Anna had a heavy Spanish accent and I couldn’t understand what she was saying and she had to keep repeating asking me what the problem was. I went back to the restaurant to return wrong items and try to resolve this, once again, no wheat bread but I was told that they have white bread instead but I got French bread which is not what I wanted.
No apologies, no customer service at all.
The other staff, Naliyah was condescending and said if I wanted the wheat, come back tomorrow. Incidentally, Naliyah was the one who inputted the wrong order to begin with. No one at this location cares about what happens or cares to make things right with the customer.
Your front store staff is giving Jimmy John a poor representation of your brand!!

This Jimmy John’s branch has really withstood the test of time continually pumping out fast perfect sandwich after sandwich!

Their current staff is incredible and care about their jobs!

Beware the drive-thru! Large, concrete-filled posts make the approach difficult and hazardous. (Just look at all the colors of car paint etched into them, including one from our car!) Have never seen anything like them at any drive-thru - ridiculous! Will not be back! ***So the response provides a link for "feedback." I clicked the link and dutifully wrote a detailed statement about the incident and provided my email address so they could contact me if they wanted to. Clicked submit, and everything on the page lit up as "required information," including my phone number, home address, etc. Are you kidding me?? They obviously aren't as interested in "feedback," as they are in harvesting person information. I'm outta here!

It's always something if you come after 830. It's either no food, something is always not working, etc. I think the staff just want to go home. If that's the case then close at 8 and lose the income. Smh...always something..???

I can't rate the food, I never even got to order.

I stopped in this afternoon for a quick sandwich. I've been wanting Jimmy John's for a while. There were a couple people in line, so I went to use the restroom first. When I got back in line, there was one person paying for his food and one placing a catering order. I saw three people working. After the one person checked out, one worker went to help the other with the catering order, yet instead of taking any other orders, the original person doing the catering order just stood around. Never spoke, never even acknowledged me until I got frustrated and walked out. Doubt very highly that I'll be back.

The slowest “freaky fast” sandwich drive thru ever, time and time again. The manager Sherman Banks literally canceled my order because I complained about how slow they were even though I told him I didn’t want a refund, I wanted my order. He refused to give us our order. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful.

I have been ordering from this restaurant for a good 3 months now. At least once a week. Today they made my food all wrong. The manager refused to hear me out and make it right. Definitely not manager etiquette.
