The floor is so sticky dirty and there is noone at the register ever to take orders .....Kiosk service only .Employees in the back then come out like customer bothering them to top it off they also run out of alot of items on menu !!Flys everywhere and fountain drinks are pretty much water Get it together guys !!RNS

Incredibly disappointed with this location. Ordered through Uber Eats, although they usually give me trouble when I do. It’s as if this location hates online orders or something. The in person experience is very off putting and I didn’t want to pickup myself. Several drivers went to the location, but after the long wait for the order they left and it got reassigned. I was ready to cancel the order when someone was finally able to get it almost a hour later. I was excited to have KFC Honey Bbq wings again, but they sent them plain. The cinnamon sugar bites have no cinnamon or sugar, it’s just a fried too hard biscuit. The sandwich with the one dollop of mayo? Quality and customer service is ridiculous.

At 5:45 pm I went to this place service was horrible. When trying to order man/woman taking the order was rude and rushing me. They begin to curse telling me to hurry up. I don't know what kind of establishment this is but this is ridiculous. This is the third time me coming here and this has happen. I will be contacting corporate. No one was in line while they trying to rush.

This kfc has potential but the workers there are horrible. The lady at the drive thru got mad because I actually wanted crispy chicken at 8:40 and they close at 11 🙄 I personally watched an older, light skinned employee smoke cigarettes outside the building, then proceed to close and lock the lobby door at 9pm while customers pulled up. Again, the lobby closes at 10pm. The employees are bringing the location down because the crispy chicken is good 👌🏾 Please train all employees to treat paying customers in a reasonable manner. Regardless of the ghetto encounters, I really appreciate Dominique for displaying excellent customer service skills 👏🏾🫶🏾 and again, the crispy chicken was good 😊
