Kona ice of Galveston Bay Area

We have used them for multiple things at our school, they never show up on time. Most recently I booked them for a party from 4-4:30. They arrived at 4:18. So kids had to get in their parents cars with the snowcones, which is never a good idea. If you are on a schedule, I would book another company. They will be late!! This was our final straw and will not use them again in the future!!

This is the second summer we have brought Kona Ice to our office on "bring your dog to work day." Both the employees and the pups really enjoy the cool treat. The service is great, portion sizes are just right and price is good too.

We had the BEST experience with Kona Ice at our end of Band Camp festivities! Tanisha was amazing and super quick getting a quote to us in <24hrs from 1st communication and Deaundra was 15min early making the surprise for our Band Students turn out amazing! We are super grateful and the Students enjoyed it so much along with Deaundra's kind spirit and smile, in fact he was so awesome coming all the way back to deliver a water bottle and umbrella accidentally left on the back of his truck! Thank you so much Kona Ice we love you guys!

Always on time and if there every was an issue, which was very seldom, it was taken care of immediately!! We will definitely use Kona Ice again.
