Ruined my birthday. I have never been one to leave a negative review but when my already bad birthday becomes worse because of a $30 6-inch cake that doesn't even fit the description I am gonna let it be known. The outside is whatever. Doesn't look like the picture but that's not what really matters. But the inside doesn't match the description at all. Looks like they scraped up cake left in the bottom of a pan and smacked a tub of ice cream on top and called it a day. There are no layers. No strawberry puree. Random lil chunks of strawberry thrown in. I feel cheated and scammed. No one should have to feel disappointed on their birthday especially after paying that much for a cake.

i tried to buy a quart of ice cream but they were out of the quart containers. I told them that 2 pints is a quart but was told i was wrong. well dang.. lol

Bought a pint of ice cream, they barely fill up the cup . Half of the cup was empty at the bottom. I think employees are told not to pack it properly.

Came in at 9:45 and asked if they were open. They responded and said they had ice cream but can’t do mix-ins… Then offered to put mix-ins on the side after seeing my surprise. There were no cookies in the case and all the mix-ins had been moved to the back counter. They might as well have just closed early.

I understand preparing for closing, but that seems a bit off. For a place the prides itself and markets majority of their ice cream with mix-ins, this was unacceptable and unheard of. Highly disappointing from a customer service standpoint.

Ice cream is okay. It is not hard pack but not soft serve. Very soft and melted very quick. The flavors were adequate but they are by far not near the top. The prices were decent. This is an average ice cream shop with cookies as well that does not scream you need me but were here if you have no other choice that's better.

I had the worst experience ever at this ice cream shop. The so-called “manager” was the one making the ice cream and had zero respect for the customers coming in. The ice cream was all melted even before it was handed over, and the manager didn’t even bother to apologize for the poor quality of the product. It was a perfectly shameless behavior on their part. I would never go back to this location again.

ordered birthday cake; made exactly as ordered and well done. I would recommend ordering through manager/supervisor on site at the time.

Poor ambience with uncomfortable chairs. Pathetic service - no greeting, acting as though they’re doing us a favor. 4 small cups ($6.39 each) round up to $30 for a family of four. Not worth the price! Not fun an experience either.

Outstanding cookie decorator. Kind and helpful. She can do just about any idea well. Thank you!

Nice place to have a n ice cream

Too old. Needs a remodel big time! I'll go somewhere else next time.
